Claims (7)

1. Vorrichtung zur Korrektur der Schrägstellung einer auf einem Plattenzylinder einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere einer Offset Rotationsmaschine montierten Platte, wobei dieser Zylinder eine längsausgerichtete Innenkammer aufweist, welche über einen die umgebogenen Plattenenden aufnehmenden Schlitz an dem Zylinderumfang radial ausmündet, und das eine Ende um eine an einem der Schlitzränder vorgesehene Stützkante anliegt und gehalten wird, während das andere mit Haltemitteln im Eingriff steht, denen innen in der Kammer vorgesehenen, zur Spannung der Platte dienenden Elemente zugeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützkante über einen allgemein prismatisch ausgebildeten starren Keil (42) winkelverstellbar ist, der einen spitz zulaufenden diesem Rand des Schlitzes (6) benachbarten Teil (41) und zwei Parallelflächen (44, 46) aufweist, die im Gleitkontakt in einer an dieser Kammer (11) anliegenden Aufnahme (28) in Eingriff stehen, daß diese die Verschiebungsebene des Keils (42) bestimmenden Flächen (44, 46) einen Spitzwinkel mit einer zu dem Zylinder entlang des Schlitzes (6) verlaufenden Tangente bilden, und daß mindestens zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Gewindespindeln (82), welche in im Zylinderkörper (2) befestigten zugehörigen Muttern (83) eingeschraubt werden und deren geometrische Achse durch den Schlitz (6) des Zylinders verläuft, derart durch den Einstellkeil abgestützt und geführt werden, daß durch Drehen der Gewindespindeln von dem Schlitz aus der in seiner Aufnahme gleitende Keil in eine Schrägstellung gebracht werden kann, so daß die Abstützkante in eine gewünschte Schräglage gegenüber der Zylinderachse (ZZ) ausgerichtet wird.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (11) allgemein eine zylindrische Form aufweist, und daß die Aufnahme (28) tangential zu der Kammer in eine Richtung, die mit dem Schlitz (6) zusammenfällt, ausgerichtet ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innen in der Kammer (11) eine elastische Lamelle (37) befestigt ist, die senkrecht zu der Zugangsöffnung (33) zu der Aufnahme (28) des Keils (42) verläuft und ein Druckplättchen (34) bildet, dessen freier Rand (36) einerseits in einer Kontaktstellung mit einer Kante (32) einer keilförmig in dem Zylinderkörper (2) ausgeschnittenen Zone elastisch beansprucht wird, und anderseits unter der Wirkung des spitz zulaufenden Teils (41) des Keils (42) von dieser Stellung abgerückt werden kann.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Gewindespindel (82) einen Kopf (84) aufweist, der mit dem entsprechenden Teil des Verstellkeils (42) praktisch bewegungsabhängig verbunden ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellkeil (42) mindestens eine den spitz zulaufenden Teil (41) bestimmende Abschrägung (43) aufweist, die nach der Keillängsrichtung durch zwei querliegende Vorsprünge (47, 48) begrenzt ist, wobei das der Kante (45) der Abschrägung (43) entgegengesetzte Ende mit einer abgestuften in dem entsprechenden Keilrand ausgebildeten Kerbe (57, 58) zusammenfällt und einen breiten Teil (67, 68) aufweist, an dem einen Flansch (87, 88) mit einer Bohrung (81) befestigt ist, durch die eine der Steuer-Gewindespindeln (82) geführt ist, deren in einem durch den engen und tiefen Teil (77, 78) der Kerbe begrenzten Hohlraum eingeschlossenen Kopf (84) durch eine im entsprechenden Vorsprung ausgebildeten Bohrung (86) erreicht werden kann.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (84) einer jeden Gewindespindel und der Schaft (82) dieser Spindel im Hohlraum (77, 78) des Vorsprungs (47, 48) und in der Bohrung (81) des Flansches (87, 88) ein Spiel aufweisen dank dem der Verstellkeil (42) schräg verstellt werden kann.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellkeil (42) durch Zusatzmittel, die zum Beispiel durch die Berührung der Keil-Endflächen (50) blockierte Gewindestifte (89) aufweisen, seitlich eingestellt werden kann.
