Abstract
In this sieve tray, the sieve elements (4), which are replaceable and self-clamping, are exchangeable and self-locking and have a rubber plate (11) as a wear layer. Below the rubber plate (11) there is only a reinforcement (5) consisting of plastic webs and / or embedded in plastic and clamping elements (7). Reinforcement (5) and clamping elements (7) together form a one-piece grid, which is permanently connected to the rubber plate. This makes it possible to transfer the advantages resulting from the modular principle to sieve trays with sieve elements which essentially consist of rubber with a high abrasion resistance property.
Description
The invention relates to a modular sieve system with a support structure, which has support elements, and with interchangeably arranged, reinforced sieve elements made of elastic material, which have on their underside with the support elements cooperating clamping elements made of a castable plastic, in particular a polyurethane .
A sieve tray of this type is generally used for sieve well, for example to drain and / or classify rock, sand, gravel or the like. Such a sieve tray known from DE-AS 28 49 838 consists of a support frame with support elements having a C-shaped cross section and of sieve elements which are made in one piece from a rubber-elastic plastic. The Shore hardness of the plastics used, mostly polyurethane (PUR), with high abrasion resistance properties is above 80 A, usually around 90 A. The use of sieve trays with sieve elements made of these plastics for the sieving of minerals, especially in the wet sieving process , has brought excellent results.
However, restrictions always had to be made if very hard rock, for example granite, flint or quartz, was to be roughly broken and sieved dry. Obviously, the elasticity of the abrasion-resistant but comparatively hard plastics is not sufficient.
The invention has for its object to provide a simple in the manufacture, assembly and storage of sieve plate with high sieving performance, the sieve elements have a high stability even with very abrasive material.
This object is achieved in that the sieve elements in a sieve bottom of the type mentioned perforated a wear layer in the form of a perforated Have rubber plate and that only the reinforcement consisting of plastic webs and / or embedded in plastic and the clamping elements made of the same plastic are arranged below the rubber plate and this is completely and permanently connected to it. The reinforcement is not designed in the form of an underlying support plate, but as rods, profiles, wire ropes, coarse-meshed grids or the like, which is preferably completely embedded in the plastic. The rubber plate is connected to the embedded reinforcement in the area of its webs free from sieve openings, between which there is at least one field of sieve openings. In the case of strip-shaped sieve elements, the reinforcement preferably extends at a right angle. That is, transversely to the longitudinal extent of the sieve elements. This makes it possible to transfer the advantages resulting from the modular principle to sieve trays with sieve elements which essentially consist of rubber with a high abrasion resistance property. No complicated and expensive vulcanizing molds and devices are required to manufacture such screen elements. Rather, the molds available in the manufacture of plastic screen elements can be used at least in part. Highly wear-resistant special rubber with a hardness of around 70 Shore A has proven to be particularly suitable for the rubber sheet.
For reasons of screen technology and manufacturing technology, it is favorable if the reinforcement embedded in plastic and that consist of the same plastic the clamping elements form a substantially one-piece grid or a one-piece grate on which the rubber plate is arranged directly, completely and permanently.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the automatically clamping clamping elements are arranged on at least two mutually opposite side edges of the rubber plate and if the clamping elements each have an inner web running parallel to the associated side edge of the rubber plate, to which an outer extension is assigned, with between Web and inside of the extension a groove is formed. The production of the sieve elements can be made even more economically and easily if the rubber plate is completely prefabricated before it is connected to the clamping elements and the reinforcement which may be present. The rubber plate can e.g. from a larger unit, e.g. a plate or a roll, cut off and then punched.
An adhesion promoter inserted between the rubber plate and the clamping elements increases the strength of the connection between the relevant parts.

- Figure 2 is a bottom view of a screen element of the same screen bottom.
A section of a sieve tray according to the invention is shown in FIG. 1. The sieve bottom has a
The rubber sheet is preferably completely prefabricated. To do this, it can be cut from a larger plate or from a roll and sealed with the sieve holes, e.g. by stamping. The finished rubber sheet is then completely and permanently connected to the lower part, which forms the one-piece coarse grid or the wide-gap grate. In order to increase the durability of the connection, an adhesion promoter is introduced between the rubber plate and the grid or grate.
Die zwischen den Stegen 13 frei bleibenden Zonen der Gummiplatte können frei schwingen.FIG. 2 shows a bottom view of a sieve element 4 of the sieve bottom shown in FIG. 1.
