Claims (3)

1. Procédé pour la fabrication de moules perdus à partir d'un mélange de matières pour moules à base de sable ou d'autres matières premières pour moules, et de liants pouvant durcir par gazage au dioxyde de carbone, à base de silicates de métaux alcalins et de 0,3 à 3 % en poids de résines phénoliques ou furanniques, ainsi que, éventuellement, d'additifs connus, comme des silanes, des polyols et des polysaccharides, le mélange de matières pour moules étant introduit et durci dans des moules, procédé caractérisé en ce que la résine phénolique ou furannique contient de 0,1 à 1,5 % en poids d'un dessiccant, et le silicate de métal alcalin représente de 2 à 5 % en poids.
2. Procédé pour la fabrication de moules perdus selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le silicate de métal alcalin contient, en tant qu'additif, de 0,2 à 3% en poids d'un hydroxyde de métal alcalino-terreux ou d'hydroxyde de lithium.
3. Utilisation des moules perdus selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2 pour fabriquer des moules et noyaux de fonderie.
