Abstract

Bei einem handbetätigten Flüssigkeitszerstäuber mit einem pistolenartigen, einstückigen Gehäuse ist in dessen Griffteil (2) ein sich in Richtung desselben erstreckender, zum freien Ende (2a) des Griffes (2) hin offener Pumpen­ zylinder (4) angeordnet. Am freien Ende des Laufteiles (3) des Gehäuses (1) ist ein Gewindeansatz (5) zum Auf­ schrauben einer Düsenkappe (6) vorgesehen, der einen zum freien Ende des Laufes (3) hin offenen, über eine Verbindungsleitung (9) mit dem Pumpenzylinder (4) ver­ bundenen Hohlraum (7) zur Aufnahme eines Rückschlag­ ventils aufweist. Das Gehäuse (1), der Pumpenzylinder (4), der Ansatz (5) und die Verbindungsleitung (9) sind ein einstückiges Kunststoffspritzteil. Der Pumpenhebel (15) und seine quer zur Achse des Zylinders verlaufende Schwenkachse (18) bilden ein einstückiges Kunststoff­ spritzteil. An einem zum vorderen Ende des Laufteiles (3) hin gerichteten Fortsatz (12) des Griffteiles (2) ist eine zum Laufteil (3) hin offene Lagerschale (13) vorgesehen. In diese Lagerschale (13) ist die Schwenkachse (18) ein­ schnappbar und sie umfaßt die Schwenkachse (18) in einem Winkelbereich von etwa 240 bis 270°.
