Farbspritzpistole.
Fig.1) .
Paint spray gun. The invention relates to a paint spray gun for atomizing liquid dyes by means of compressed air .. Compared to known spray guns of this type, the one according to the invention is characterized by the fact that an insert serving for dye guidance is arranged in which a valve seat and a valve pin regulating the dye outlet is performed, lind a turbine wheel for atomizing the paint is loosely rotatably arranged in front of the mouth,
is pushed into the front mouth of the gun housing carrying the compressed air and is screwed tight by a nipple which is used to screw on the paint container and is inserted into the gun housing from above, and a compressed air outlet mouthpiece surrounding the paraffin outlet nozzle is connected to the front mouth of the gun housing by screwing.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention is shown in two figures. They show: Fig.1. a side view of the spray gun and FIG. 2 partly a longitudinal section and partly a view of the same.
The pistol housing consists of the designated 1, essentially cylindrical upper part and your handle 2 protruding obliquely downwards from this with angled hand rest 3, which handle 2 forms a pipe socket suitable for connecting the compressed air hose. In the pistol housing 1 - one through its front mouth - is arranged a retractable insert 4, 24, 25, the main part of which is denoted by 4. is.
This insert, described in more detail below, around which the pressure air of, for example, 0.3 atmospheres that is introduced into the plug housing, is used exclusively to guide the dye. The main part 4 is closed to the paraffin container 5. The connection between these two parts is formed by a nipple 6 which engages through a hole in the wall of the Pistolengehäu ses 1 and is screwed into the main part 4. As FIG. 2 shows, the insert 4, 24, 25 is simultaneously firmly connected to the gun housing 1 through this nipple.
The paraffin container 5 is closed at the top by a screw cap 7. The space of the dye container above the paraffin level is under compressed air which comes from the gun housing 1 via a nipple 8 screwed into it, a hose 9 and an angle piece 10 located on the screw cap 7. The compressed air acts to push out the dye.
A valve pin 11, which is guided in the main part 4, lying in its axis, and has a valve cone 12 at the free end, is used to regulate the discharge of dye. The latter interacts with a valve seat 13 screwed into the main part 4 at the front end. The rear end of the valve pin 11. is. out of the main part 4 and pierces through a hole in the rear end wall of the gun housing 1. Inside the gun housing 1, the valve pin 11 carries an adjustable stop 14, between which and the rear end wall of the gun housing a helical compression spring 15 is tensioned.
The valve cone 12 is pressed against the valve seat 13 under the force of the spring 15.
Outside the gun housing 1, a U-shaped bracket 16, which is fixed with an adjusting screw 17, engages the valve pin 11. This bracket 16 engages forward on both sides of the pistol housing 1 with its legs, which are articulated to the trigger lever 18 which encompasses the pistol housing in a fork shape and is rotatable about a pin 19. As a result of this arrangement, when the trigger lever 18 is withdrawn, the valve pin 11 is moved backwards, overcoming the force of the spring 15, so that the valve cone 12 is lifted from its seat 13 and the liquid dye under compressed air can escape through the valve seat bore .
To limit the opening stroke of the valve pin 11 in order to achieve an optimal effect, a stop pin 21 is arranged screwable in an eye 20 on the gun housing 1 and cooperates with a nose of the trigger 18 (see FIG. 1).
To seal the passage of the valve pin 11 through the main part 4, one of a pack 22 and a screw 23 be standing stuffing box is provided.
A cap 24 is screwed onto the main part 4, reaching over the valve seat 13, and screwed onto it the dye outlet nozzle 25, which is tapered towards the front.
A pin 26, which is releasably fastened in the base of the cap 24, is passed through the dye outlet medium 25. This pin 26 carries a rotatable turbine wheel 27 in the form of a toothed conical wheel in front of the mouth of the dye outlet nozzle 25.
The mouthpiece of the gun housing 1 surrounding the dye outlet mouthpiece 25 has a guide jacket 28 which is pulled forward to just before the turbine wheel 27, is drawn in at the front to a slightly smaller diameter and has a flange at the rear end. In this guide jacket a nozzle jacket 29 is inserted, which has a bottom at the front, from which a conical nozzle is formed in the middle, which is directed against the turbine wheel 27. Die Umbäuses 29 ist mit dem Turbinenrad 27 an. To .die nozzle around the bottom of the nozzle jacket 29 has a ring of openings 30. At the rear, the nozzle jacket 29, like the guide jacket 28, is seen with a flange.
The two parts 28 and 29 are made by means of a cross flanges, aufsehraubbaren on a threaded end of the gun housing 1 Sehraubringes 31 Festge. The two parts 28 and 29 can be punched and drawn from thin sheet metal.
Due to the compressed air emerging from the nozzle of the nozzle jacket 29, the turbine wheel 27 is set in rapid rotary motion, whereby the liquid dye which hits the turbine wheel is very finely atomized. The air flow emerging from the openings 30 of the nozzle jacket 29 forms, ge leads from the guide jacket 28, an air jacket enveloping the atomized paint jet, which ensures that the atomized paint jet cannot scatter, but is sharply bundled against the surface to be sprayed. This avoids unnecessary waste of dye and enables precise and convenient work.
