La présente invention est relative à des perfectionnements apportés aux obturateurs pour goulots vissés et elle a trait plus particulièrement à un obturateur du genre en question comportant une capsule dont la partie intérieure est associée à un joint.The present invention relates to improvements made to the shutters for screwed necks and it relates more particularly to a shutter of the kind in question comprising a capsule whose inner part is associated with a seal.

On a représenté en fig. 1 un obturateur suivant l'invention comportant une capsule 1 et un joint 2 réalisés respectivement en polypropylène et en éthylène-vinyl-acétate (EVA).There is shown in fig. 1 a shutter according to the invention comprising a capsule 1 and a seal 2 made respectively of polypropylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA).

La capsule 1 comporte un fond 1a dont la partie centrale 1 b est déportée vers l'extérieur de manière à constituer dans cette capsule une dépression 1c. A la manière connue la face intérieure de la jupe 1 d de la capsule est pourvue d'un filetage 1e. Une cheminée tubulaire 1f est rendue solidaire de la partie centrale déportée 1 b du fond, c'est-à-dire que son origine se trouve située dans la dépression 1c et au niveau de sa jonction avec le fond 1a. Cette cheminée est prévue conique avec ouverture en direction du fond, son bord libre 1g étant légèrement épanoui en direction de la jupe 1d. On observe donc que la hauteur de la cheminée est nettement accrue par rapport à celle d'un élément semblable qui partirait du fond 1a. Claims

1. A stopper of the kind which comprises a cap (1) able to be screwed to the neck (3) of a bottle, and a seal (2) connected with the interior face of its top by means of a chimney (1f) on the latter, the seal (2) being designed to bear against the end face (3c) of the said neck (3), characterised in that the central part (1 b) of the top of the cap (1), from which the chimney (1f) starts, is dished outwardly so as to increase the height of the chimney (1f).

2. A stopper according to claim 1, characterised in that the chimney (1f) is made as a flexible tubular partition in the shape of a truncated cone which penetrates into the neck and includes a free rim (1 g) which is spread outwards.

.. 3. A stopper according to claim 2, characterised in that the lip (2b) of the seal (2) is sufficiently long to allow it to be applied by the cap (1) against the outer edge of the rim (3c) of the neck (3).

4. A stopper according to claim 3, characterised in that the seal (2) is made from ethylene acetate (E.V.A.) so that when once it is shaped by the action of the neck it retains this shape.

5. A stopper according to claim 4, characterised in that its cap (1) is made from polypropylene.
