Claims (11)

1. Vorrichtung zum automatischen Aufbringen einer in einem dichten und nachgie-. bigen Behälter (5) befindlichen pastenartigen Substanz auf eine Oberfläche, wobei der Behälter herausnehmbar in einem dichten Gehäuse (7) angeordnet ist und die Ausgangsöffnung des Behälters für die pastenartige Substanz mit einer Ausgangsdüse (8) verbunden ist, die an ihrem freien Ende Mit einem Absperrorgan (10) versehen ist, das durch Kontakt mit der Fläche geöffnet werden kann, und wobei das Gehäuse (7) an eine Druckgasquelle (18) angeschlossen ist und Mittel zur Steuerung des Zutritts dieses Gases in das Innere des Gehäuses vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (7) einen an seinem freien Ende offenen und die Ausgangsdüse (8) umgebenden Zylinder (12) sowie einen fest mit der Ausgangsdüse und mit dem Behälter (5) verbundenen Kolben (15) aufweist, der verschiebbar im Inneren des Zylinders (12) gelagert ist, daß Mittel (18, 20, 17) vorgesehen sind, die das Verschieben dieses Kolbens gegen das offene Ende (13) des Zylinders derart steuern, daß die Ausgangsdüse (8) zum Herausragen aus dem offenen Ende des Zylinders gebracht wird, und daß Mittel (16) vorgesehen sind, die den Kolben (15) nach Beendigung der Wirkung des Druckgases gegen das Gehäuse (7) zurückbewegen.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Steuern der Verschiebung des Kolbens (15) Einrichtungen enthalten, die das gleichzeitige Einführen von Druckgas in das Gehäuse (7) und in den Zylinder (12) gestatten.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Einrichtungen von einer Verbindung (19) zwischen dem Zylinder (12) und dem Gehäuse (7) gebildet sind.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, Daß die Mittel zum Zurückbewegen eine Feder (16) enthalten, die zwischen den Kolben (15) und das offene Ende (13) des Zylinders (12) eingefügt ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 zum Aufbringen einer pastenartigen Substanz auf eine Reihe von Gegenständen (4), die sich in einem gewissen Abstand (d) vom offenen Ende (13) des Zylinders (12) vorbeibewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung stationär befestigt ist und daß sie Steuermittel (21) enthält, die die Zuleitung von Druckgas in das Gehaüse (7) und das Verschieben des Kolbens (15) steuern, wenn sich ein Gegenstand (4) in einer Gegenüberlage zum offenen Ende (13) des Zylinder befindet.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 zum Aufbringen von Pukten aus einer pastenartigen Substanz auf die Gegenstände, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuermittel mittels aufeinanderfolgender Impulse mit der Erscheinungsfrequenz der Gegenstände in der Gegenüberlage zur Vorrichtung arbeiten.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 zum Aufbringen einer kontinuierlichen Linie aus einer pastenartigen Substanz auf eine Fläche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuermittel während einer vorbestimmten Dauer arbeiten, die der Länge der auf die Fläche aufzubringenden kontinuierlichen Linie entspricht.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an einem Werkzeug (23) befestigt ist, das eine bestimmte Funktion an einem Gegenstand durchführt, wobei dieses Werkzeug Steuermittel enthält, die die Zuleitung von Druckgas in das Gehäuse und das Verschieben des Kolbens gegen den Gegenstand steuern, wenn die Funktion des Werkzeugs für diesen Gegenstand durchgeführt ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das offene Ende des Zylinders (22) der Vorrichtung abnehmbar an einem Werkzeug (23) zum Festziehen einer Mutter oder dergleichen befestigt ist, wobei dieses Werkzeug mit Steuermitteln (43) zusammenwirkt, die die Zuleitung von Druckgas in das Gehaüse (25) und das Verscheiben des Kolbens (33) gegen die Schraube oder dergleichen steuern, wenn diese festgezogen ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug (23) ein elektrodynamischer Schlüssel ist, dessen Ende abnehmbar an einem Kopf (24) zum Festziehen von Muttern angebracht ist, wobei dieser Kopf (24) mit dem offenen Ende (32a) des Zylinders (32) der Vorrichtung (22) verbunden ist und in Gegenüberlage zum Absperrorgan (31) der Ausgangsdüse (30) in einem gewissen Abstand davon eine an die anzuziehende Mutter anpaßbare Spannausnehmung (41) aufweist, und daß der elektrodynamische Schlüssel (23) einen Griff (35) aufweist, der die Steuermittel (43) und die Zulietungsmittel (44) zum Zuleiten von Druckgas in das Gehäuse (25) betätigen und das Verschieben des Kolbens (33) gegen die Mutter bewirken kann, wenn das erforderliche Festziehmoment erreicht ist.

Automatische Markierungsmachine mit mehreren Vorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch ein mehrere Speichen (52) aufweisendes Rad (51), das um eine vertikale Achse drehbar an einem Rahmen (50) angebracht ist, wobei jede Speiche (52) mehrere Markierungsvorrichtungen (53) trägt, und Antriebsmittel, die die verschiedenen Speichen (52) nacheinander in eine Gegenüberlage zu den zu markierenden teilen (54) bringen, die sich unter den Speichen (52) vorbeibewegen, damit eine gleichzeitige Markierung mehrerer Punkte auf den Teilen (54) erfolgt.
