Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zum Befestigen und Abdichten von ringförmig angeordneten auf der Innenseite des Hochofenpanzers (2) gestapelten Kühlungsplatten (3), welche zum Kühlmediumumlauf jeweils interne Rohrleitungen (9) aufweisen, die jeweils oben bzw. unten an diesen Platten innen in eine Schutzhülse (4) münden, wobei die Rohrleitungen derart verlängert werden, daß sie den Panzer in zweckmäßig vorgesehenen Durchführungen durchqueren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Höhe des Plattenunterteils die Schutzhülse (4) nach außen aus dem Panzer verlängert ist, mit dem diese außenseitig über einen sowohl an die Hülse (4) als auch an den Panzer (2) geschweißten Ring (6) verbunden ist, wobei diese Verbindung gleichzeitig als Mittel zur Plattenbefestigung auf dem Panzer und zur Druckhaltung eines durchgehenden Abdichtungsringes zwischen den Platten und der Panzerunterseite dient, bestehend aus nebeneinander angeordneten, allgemein rechteckig ausgebildeten vorgeformten Dichtungen (1), die sich jeweils an das Plattenunterteil anpassen und rechtwinklig zu der Hülse durchgebohrt sind, und daß in der Höhe des Plattenoberteils die Hülse (4) ebenfalls nach außen aus dem Panzer verlängert ist, mit dem sie außenseitig über eine an die Hülse und an den Panzer gleichzeitig geschweißte Schale (13) verbunden ist, wobei diese Verbindung gleichzeitig als Mittel zur Plattenbefestigung auf dem Panzer und zur Druckhaltung von kreisförmigen, jeweils eine Hülse umgebenden Flachdichtungen (5) zwischen den Platten und der Panzerinnenseite dient.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede rechteckige Dichtung an ihrem Unterteil einen Ansatz (18) aufweist, welcher zwischen der diese Dichtung aufnehmende Platte und dem Oberteil der unmittelbar darunterliegenden Platte eingeführt und eingeklemmt ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungen aus einem Silikonelastomer durch Preßformen hergestellt werden.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rechteckigen Dichtungen beim Preßformen in die Masse eingelassene Hohlkörper (16) aufweisen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiterhin außen am Panzer beim Ende der jeweiligen Hülse (4) eine weiche Masse (8) umfaßt, die nach Anordnung einer Asbestkordel (7) zwischen die Rohrleitung (9) und deren Hülse (4) eingespritzt wird, sowie eine die Rohrleitung (9) umgebende und zwischen dem Hülsenendabschnitt und einem mit der Rohrleitung (9) verbundenen feststehenden Anschlag (11) zusammengedrückte kreisförmige Dichtung (10).
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Innenwand des Panzers (2) und den Kühlungsplatten (3) sowie in den Lücken zwischen zwei angrenzenden Kühlungsplatten jeweils Füllstoffe (14 und 15) angeordnet werden.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen der Innenwand des Panzers (2) und den Kühlungsplatten (3) angeordneten Füllstoffe (14) aus einem CO-beständigen Magnesiumoxid enthaltenden Feuerfestbeton bestehen.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den Lücken zwischen zwei angrenzenden Kühlungsplatten angeordneten Füllstoffe (15) aus einem faserartigen, in einem Keramikbindemittel feuerfeste Fasern enthaltenden Isolierkitt bestehen.
