Abstract

In the device for storing printed documents, the thread, with its two eyelets holes, spaced by the distance between the rings of a normal file, is threaded in the orifices made through the back of the printed documents. One end of the thread is drawn towards the loop of the other end and folded back. The printed documents are then ready to be stored in the files.

Description

The invention relates to a manual device for storing pre-stapled documents in collective folders without perforation.

Such publications require storage in normal collective folders or filing means which, on the one hand, does not damage the publications by perforation in the text part, and on the other hand is easy to handle, in which the publications can be read without any difficulty, completely opened. The quick and effortless removal and classification must be guaranteed at all times. More publications have to be accommodated in less space.

It is known to punch holes beforehand when storing printed matter. In many cases, damage cannot be avoided. When gluing or sewing the printed matter before filing, there is also the fact that it cannot then be removed individually from the folder.

The invention has for its object to improve and simplify the filing of publications without punching, gluing or sewing.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the device for storage consists of a specially bent wire, which is led through the spine of the printed matter.

The advantages achieved by the invention are in particular that more publications can be accommodated in less space. They are not damaged by perforations in the text part. They can be completely flipped open for reading and can be easily, quickly and effortlessly removed and re-arranged from the collection folder as often as necessary.

• Fig. 1 and 2 The device for storage consists of a wire of 0.75 mm in diameter, which is bent so that two eyelets are created in the distance between the rings of the normal collection folder. Soldering points are made at the intersection of the eyelets. The two ends of the wire now run parallel and at right angles to the eyelets. At one end the wire is bent into a small loop so that the other end can be passed through.

Manual device for storing pre-stapled documents in collective folders without perforation,
characterized in that it consists of a specially bent wire which is guided through the spine of the printed matter (Fig. 1 - 6).
