Draht-Klammer zum Einheften von Papierbögen in Aktenordnern. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Draht-Klammer zum Einheften von Papierbögen in Aktenordnern.
Diese Draht-Klammer kennzeichnet sich erfindungsgemäss dadurch, dass sie einen zur Befestigung der Klammer am Papierbogen dienenden Befestigungsteil und mindestens einen Osenteil aufweist, der in Eingriff mit einem Halteorgan des Aktenordners zu brin gen ist.
Dank dieser Klammer erübrigt sich eine Randlochung, wie sie bis anhin zum Einord nen von Akten in Ordnern gewöhnlich vor genommen wurde. Dadurch werden die Akten geschont.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind drei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegen standes veranschaulicht.
Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen zwei Klammern nach der ersten und nach der zweiten Ausführungs form im Anwendungszustand; Fig. 3 zeigt eine Klammer nach der drit ten Ausführungsform im Nichtgebrauchszu- stand; Fig. 4 und 5 sind Ausschnitte aus Akten ordnern, die sich zur Aufnahme von Akten eignen, die mit Klammern nach F'ig. 2 ver sehen sind.
Die Klammer nach Fig. 1 ist eine zwei längliche, ineinander angeordnete Schlaufen <I>a</I> und<I>b</I> bildende Draht-Klammer, deren eine freie Schenkel verlängert und zwecks Bil dung eines Osenteils c abgebogen ist. d ist ein einfacher Papierbogen, über dessen Rand die Klammer rittlings mit ihren beiden einen Befestigungsteil bildenden Schlaufen a und b geschoben ist. Mittels zweier solcher Klam mern kann der Papierbogen d in einen Ordner klassiert werden, der zwei Stifte aufweist, über die die beiden Klammern mit ihrem Ösenteil gesteckt werden.
In Fig. 2 ist eine Klammer gezeigt, die für einen Doppelbogen bestimmt ist. Der Be festigungsteil der Klammer ist hier von zwei durch den Falz des Doppelbogens sich er streckende und umgelegte Schenkelteile f ge bildet. ei ist wiederum der Osenteil der Klam mer. Während also die Klammer nach Fig.1 vom Papierbogen leicht wegnehmbar ist, ist die Klammer nach Fig. 2 dazu bestimmt, am Papierbogen befestigt zu bleiben.
In Fig. 3 ist eine ähnliche Klammer wie in Fig. 1gezeigt, aber im Nichtgebrauchs zustand und mit zwei Ösenteilen c:' versehen.
Fig. 4 veranschaulicht einen Aktenordner zur Aufnahme von Schriftstücken, die mit Klammern nach Fig. 2 versehen sind. Innen am Rückenteil dieses Ordners ist oben und unten je eine im Querschnitt C-förmige Halte traverse h vorgesehen, in die die an den Schriftstücken angebrachten Klammern mit dem Ösenteil ei eingeschoben werden können.
An Stelle dieser Haltetraverse h könnte auch ein Haltebügel k vorgesehen sein, mit dessen einem Schenkel er am Rückenteil des Ordners befestigt ist, während über dessen anderem freiem Schenkel die Ösenteile ei ge schoben werden.
Beim Ordner gemäss F'ig. 5 sind zur Auf nahme der ösenteile der an den Schriftstücken angebrachten Klammern schliessnadelähnliche Halteorgane i vorgesehen.

The clip according to FIG. 1 is a wire clip forming two elongated, nested loops <I> a </I> and <I> b </I>, one free leg of which is extended and bent for the purpose of forming an ear part c . d is a simple sheet of paper, over the edge of which the clip is pushed astride with its two fastening loops a and b. By means of two such clips, the sheet of paper d can be classified into a folder which has two pins over which the two clips are inserted with their eyelet.
In Fig. 2 a clip is shown which is intended for a double sheet. FIG. 4 illustrates a file folder for receiving documents which are provided with brackets according to FIG. Inside the back of this folder is a cross-sectionally C-shaped holding traverse h is provided at the top and bottom, into which the clips attached to the documents can be inserted with the eyelet part egg.
Instead of this retaining cross member h, a retaining bracket k could also be provided, with one leg of which it is attached to the back part of the folder, while the eyelet parts are pushed over the other free leg.
