Description

The invention relates to a shelf divider system comprising at least one partition which can be erected perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the shelf on a shelf with hanging slots for connecting parts which are provided with contact flanges and with connecting hooks.

Ein solches Regalteilersystem ist aus der DE-A-2361886 bekannt.Such a shelf divider system is known from DE-A-2361886.

In the known shelf divider system, the suspension slots in the partition formed from sheet metal are formed in that strips formed in pairs and which are still connected at their ends to the partition are bulged out on opposite sides of the partition. The contact flanges are formed by angled edges of the connecting parts and the connecting hooks are punched out from these angled edges, ie they lie in the plane of the respective contact flange.

This known embodiment of a shelf divider system is objectionable for several reasons:
  • The partitions are not very suitable for production from plastic. The bulging strips forming the slots lie unprotected on the side surfaces of the partition and are therefore at risk of damage and destruction. The appearance of the partition is like a grater and is therefore not very suitable to promote sales from its visual impression. The bulged strips have sharp edges, the deburring of which is difficult and often remains incomplete, so that there is a risk of injury from the sales staff when setting up the shelf divider system, but also from the customers, who come into contact with the partition wall when handling goods .

The invention has for its object to design a shelf divider system of the type mentioned in such a way that it can be easily made of plastic, that the partitions have a good appearance and that it is stable and easy to use.

To achieve this object, it is proposed according to the invention that the partition made as a plastic plate has on both sides a network of stiffening ribs projecting from the wall plane, that the plastic plate has the suspension slots for engaging the connecting hooks within the individual cells of the network of stiffening ribs, that the respective Contact flange rests on the stiffening ribs of the dividing wall, and that the connecting hooks, which are designed with a hook shank and a hook claw, protrude substantially perpendicularly from the contact flange and, after hooking into the respective hook-in slot, engage the plastic plate behind the respective cell on the side remote from the respective connecting part , the hook claws with their surface remote from the connection part being flush with the apexes of the stiffening ribs or withdrawing from them.

The shelf divider system according to the invention is characterized by high stability and easy handling.

Because the stiffening ribs are notched to form predetermined breaking points, the system can be easily adapted to the respective installation conditions, as is known from US Pat. No. 3,455,462.

The fact that the stiffening ribs lie below or on the front of the respective predetermined breaking point makes it possible to break open the rear and the upper part of the partition as required at different points, the stiffening ribs then remaining on the part of the partition intended for use Add stiffness and make breaklines largely disappear.

In the event that a stable support of the contact flanges on the stiffening ribs cannot be guaranteed in individual cases, projections can be arranged on the contact flange from the projection of the stiffening ribs, which then lie against the actual partition.

From the point of view of stability on the one hand and from the point of view of variability on the other hand, it has proven to be sufficient and expedient if there are two suspension slots each within a cell of the stiffening rib network.

For manufacturing reasons, reasons of external appearance and reasons of stability and avoidance of notch stresses, it is advantageous if the suspension slots and accordingly the hook shafts are rounded at least at their lower ends in a circular arc.

The problem of attaching connecting parts in the same position to one and the same partition wall, without their connecting hooks interfering with one another, can be solved in a simple manner in that the connecting hooks of the two contact flanges are out of alignment on contact flanges of a connecting part designed as a connecting part that are spaced in the longitudinal direction of the shelf.

Particularly important connecting parts are feet, which, if necessary, also allow a single partition to be set up on a shelf. Such stands can be designed in the simplest way L-shaped, one L-leg forms the partition wall contact flange and the other L-leg comes to rest flush with the lower edge of the respective partition on the respective shelf. Tests have shown that it is advantageous to attach two connection hooks one above the other on such a stand. You then have a non-rotatable connection between the connection hook and the partition wall and also only require little space in the depth direction of the shelf for the connection hook. This enables several such feet to be arranged side by side in the depth direction of the shelf. The arrangement of several Standing feet next to each other is advantageous, especially compared to a solution that can still be considered, in which a wider foot in the depth direction of the shelf could be used. The advantage arises on the one hand from the fact that several individual stands can be better adapted to a not exactly flat shelf surface, and that if a later need to detach the stands again, the solution with a plurality of individual stands is easier than with a large stand -Fixing area.

A partition connecting part can be designed as a shelf. There is also a requirement for the shelves to be able to adapt them to different shelf depths. To meet this requirement, it is proposed that the support base have weakening lines running in the longitudinal direction of the shelf and can be broken there.

A load-bearing construction of a support base results from the fact that the support base is formed by a support plate, partition wall contact flanges and stiffening ribs running between the partition wall contact flanges. The weakening points are preferably attached again along the stiffening ribs, in each case on the front side of the weakening points, so that when a rear edge strip breaks off, the stiffening rib assigned to the breaking point remains on the shelf to be used and is not thrown away with the broken strip.

In order to achieve smooth support surfaces on the support plates, it is recommended that the partition wall contact flanges and the stiffening ribs extend vertically downwards from the support plate.

If there is a requirement to be able to vary the distance between two partitions in order to adapt to different goods to be built on the shelves or to adapt to different shelf dimensions, a solution is proposed which consists in that a connecting part between two partition wall flanges is a telescopic one adjustable longitudinal part. This part can also be wall-shaped, for example with a group of intermeshing telescopic fingers provided with a guideway, each of which starts from a partition wall contact flange and is optionally connected to one another in groups at its free ends. In principle, it is possible to attach such telescopic walls to the partition walls at any height and, under certain circumstances, even use them as support plates. The load-bearing capacity of such telescopic walls is, however, reduced, so that - apart from the exceptionally relatively easy display goods - the partition walls like to be the lower, i.e. H. resting on the shelf and used as front boundary walls, which terminate a shelf compartment defined between two successive dividing walls at the bottom and in particular at the front at a part of the height between the shelves lying one above the other.

The telescopically adjustable longitudinal part is again from the point of view of ease of use against being pulled out too far, i.e. secured against loss of the telescopic guide.

If a telescopic wall to be used according to the invention is to form a front wall for a shelf compartment, then in view of the requirement according to the invention to create advertising spaces that are as conspicuous and easily visible as possible, this front wall can be concavely folded towards the viewer, so that the lower surface of the concave sequence of surfaces is countered The viewer's gaze is essentially vertical. The system according to the invention can further comprise an advertising surface rail that can be fastened to the front shelf edge with a shelf support flange and an advertising medium strip that extends essentially downward from the shelf support flange, wherein self-adhesive labels or small posters can be attached to the advertising medium strip, for example. In order to be able to adapt this length of the advertising space rail to the different spacing of successive partition walls, the advertising space rail can be provided with predetermined breaking points next to one another in the longitudinal direction. However, since an angle rail can now be difficult to break even when there are predetermined breaking points, it is further recommended that the shelf support flange be fully slotted in the plane of the predetermined breaking point so that the actual predetermined breaking points are only present in the advertising medium strip. This has the further advantage that the lamellae of the shelf support flange formed by the slot can adapt to unevenness of a shelf. The shelf support flange can be attached to a shelf using a self-adhesive adhesive, which can be provided with a adhesive strip when the parts are shipped. The self-adhesive adhesive can be provided by a double-sided self-adhesive tape.

Since fittings for attaching signs, price labels and the like are often attached to shelves and these fittings also often protrude above the surface of the shelf, it is advisable to enable an advertising space rail to be attached to the advertising space rail in the transition area from to without having to laboriously dismantling the fittings A shelf bulge flange for the advertising medium strip should be provided with a bulge in order to bridge any fittings protruding upwards on the upper front shelf edge.

In Figure 1, a shelf 10 is designated, from which the front edge surface can be seen. On this shelf are two partitions 12 which are connected to each other by two connecting structures 14 and 16 and which are also fixed by feet 18 on the top 20 of the shelf 10. The formation of the connecting parts 14 and 16 and the feet 18 will still be discussed. 1 also shows an advertising surface rail 22 between the two partition walls 12. The design of this advertising surface rail can also be discussed further below.

In Fig. And 3 you can see a partition 12 in side view. This partition 12 is made of plastic, for example injection molded from polystyrene. The partition is broken through a plurality of slots 24. The slots 24 are elongated in the vertical direction and have rounded portions 26 at their ends. A network of orthogonally crossing stiffening ribs 32 (vertical stiffening ribs) and 34 (horizontal stiffening ribs) rises above the side surfaces 28 and 30 of the partition wall 12. Two slots 24 are enclosed by a square cell of the network of stiffening ribs 32, 34. The dividing wall 12 is traversed by horizontal lines of weakness 36 in its upper region 38 and is traversed by vertical lines of weakness 42 in its rear region 40. The lines of weakness are each formed by notches that extend a short distance into the plate material. The weakening lines 36 and 42 are immediately adjacent to the stiffening ribs 34 and 32, specifically, as can be seen from FIG. 3, the vertical weakening lines 42 are located rearward of the stiffening ribs 32 and the weakening lines 36 above the stiffening ribs 34, as can be seen from FIG . In the weakening lines 36, the upper parts of the partition walls can be broken off in strips, so that each stiffening ribs 34 form the upper boundaries of the remaining remnants of the partition walls; on the other hand, in the weakening lines 42, rear strips of the partition wall can be broken off, so that the remaining partition wall is closed off to the rear by stiffening ribs 32.

When a partition 12 is attached to the surface 20 of a shelf 10, the feet 18, which are shown in FIGS. 1, 5 and 6, are used. These feet 18 are, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 5, L-shaped with a partition wall contact flange 44 and a shelf support flange 46. Connection hooks 48 are formed on the partition wall contact flange 44. These connecting hooks 48 each consist of a hook shank 50 and a hook claw 52. The hook shank 50 is rounded on its underside, as can be seen from the dashed line in FIG. 6, in accordance with the rounding 26 of a slot 24 in FIG. 2. The width of the hook claw 52 and the hook shaft 50 in FIG. 6 corresponds to the width of a slot 24 in FIG. 2, measured in the horizontal direction.

Fig. zeigt übereinander zwei Anschlusshaken 48. Es können mehrere Standfüsse 18 in derAnsicht gemäss Fig. senkrecht zur Zeichenebene hintereinander angeordnet sein.5 shows two connection hooks 48 one above the other. According to FIG. 5, these two connection hooks 48 are hooked into two aligned slots 24 of a partition wall 12, the contact side 56 of the partition wall contact flange 44 abutting the ribs 34 and the hook claws 52 on the partition wall 12 rest on the side surface 58 remote from the stand 18. If the hook shaft 50 abuts the curve 26 of a slot 24, the underside of the shelf support flange 46 is essentially flush with the lower edge of the partition wall 12. A double-sided self-adhesive tape 60 is stuck to the underside of the shelf support flange 46, of its two bihesive films, one is removed when it is attached to the shelf support flange 46 and the second is then removed when the stand 18 is to be attached to the top 20 of the shelf 10. Several feet 18 can be arranged one behind the other in the view according to FIG.

On the partition wall contact flange 44, as can be seen from FIGS. 6 and 6, on the side on which the connecting hooks 48 are also attached, projections 62 are attached which, according to FIG. 5, on the side 64 of the partition wall 12 facing the stand 18 Come into contact when the partition wall contact flange 44 is in contact with the stiffening ribs 34 and 32, so that the partition wall contact flange 44 is in any case in a stable manner parallel to the partition wall 12 is also held when such a stable system is not guaranteed by the stiffening ribs 34 and 32.

In FIG. 1 one can see the connecting part designated 14 in FIG. 1, namely a support base. This support base 14 consists of a support plate 66, partition wall contact flanges 68 and stiffening ribs 70, which extend between the partition wall contact flanges 68. The partition wall contact flanges 68, as can be seen from FIGS. 9 and 9, are each provided with slots 72 to the rear of the stiffening ribs 70. In addition, the support plate 66 is aligned with the slots 72 with weakening notches 74. The weakening notches 74 each run backwards of the stiffening ribs 70, the front always being the side that coincides with the front edge 10 of a shelf 10 facing the viewer.

Back strips can thus be broken off from the base 14, so that the remaining base still closes to the rear by a stiffening rib 70. The connection hooks 76 attached to the partition wall contact flanges 68 are designed in exactly the same way as described in connection with FIGS. 6 and 6, but, as can be seen from FIG. 1, a special feature should be noted: the connection hooks 76 on the two partition wall contact flanges 68 are not in flight with each other, but offset against each other. This means that if two shelves according to FIG. 7 are hooked into alignment with one another on the same partition, their connecting hooks 76 cannot interfere with one another.

According to FIG. 7, alignment strips 78 are also attached to the partition wall contact flanges 68, which define alignment slots 80 between them. These alignment slots are intended to interact with vertical stiffening ribs of the partition walls 12.

Von dem Betrachter her gesehen, ist die Teleskopwand 86 gemäss Fig. 11 konkav geknickt, wobei der untere Teil 96 der Teleskopwand 86 als Träger für einen Werbeaufkleber oder dergleichen ausgebildet sein kann.11 and 12, the connecting part can be seen, which is generally designated 16 in FIG. This connecting part consists of two partition wall flanges 82, on which connecting hooks 84 are formed with the same design as in FIGS. And 6, the connecting hooks 84 of one partition wall contact flange being out of alignment again with the connecting hooks of the other partition wall contact flange the same reasons for which the connection hooks 76 are offset in FIG. 7. The partition wall contact flanges 82 are connected to one another by a telescopic wall 86. The telescopic wall 86 is formed by two partial walls 88, 90, with undercut channels being formed on the partial wall 88 and undercut ribs being formed on the partial wall 90, and with the undercut ribs of the partial wall 90 in the undercut channels of the partial wall 88 perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIG. 11 are guided. Interacting cams 92, 94 are formed on the part walls 88 and 90, which prevent the part walls 88, 90 from being pulled apart until they are separated. As can be seen from FIG. 11, the telescopic wall 86 forms a front wall for a shelf compartment formed between two partition walls 12 according to FIG. 1, it being possible for example for bulk goods to be piled up behind the front wall 86. 11, the telescopic wall 86 is bent concavely, the lower part 96 of the telescopic wall 86 being able to be designed as a support for an advertising sticker or the like.

The advertising carrier rail 22 according to FIG. 1 is shown in FIGS. 13, 14 and 15. This rail comprises, as can be seen particularly clearly from FIG. 14, a shelf support flange 98 and an advertising medium strip 100. As can be seen from FIG. 15, the shelf support flange 98 is designed with slots 102 which form individual lamellae 104. On these slats 104, a double-sided self-adhesive strip 106 is fastened, the free side of which in FIG. 14 is intended for sticking on the top 20 of the shelf 10. The advertising medium strip 100 is on its inside, i. H. 14 on the right side in FIG. 14 is provided with weakening lines 108, which allow the advertising surface rail to be broken off to adapt to the spacing of the partition walls 12 according to FIG. The shelf mounting flange 98 defines a bulge 110 which is intended to bridge parts of fittings projecting upwards on the front edge of the shelf.

It should also be added that if the partition walls are installed individually, they can of course also be secured on both sides by feet on the shelf.

It must also be added that the broken-off rear parts of the support plates according to FIG. 1 can be used for the additional connection of two successive partition walls.

With regard to the construction according to FIGS. 1 and 11, it should also be pointed out that a bulk basket without a base is formed, as was previously customary for receiving bulk material. The kinking of the telescopic wall 86 shown in FIG. 11 also serves to stabilize against pressure from the inside.

The partial walls 88, 90 shown in FIG. 11 can also be designed as individual fingers profiled at their edges.

In FIG. 16, the shelf is again designated 10 and a partition wall with 12. The partition wall can essentially be designed as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The type of fastening, which is shown in FIG. 16 and described below, can be provided in addition to or instead of the fastening according to FIGS. 1, 5 and 6.

An L-shaped rail 13 is provided as the fastening element. This L-shaped rail 13, for example made of hard plastic, cast or injection molded, comprises a horizontal leg 15 and a vertical leg 17, which collide in a vertex 19. The apex 19 extends along the front edge 21 of the shelf. A recess 23 in the lower edge 25 of the partition 12 receives the horizontal leg 15. A recess 27 in the front edge 29 of the partition 12 receives the vertical leg 17. The horizontal leg 15 is provided with a self-adhesive layer 31 in order to be able to glue the horizontal leg 15 onto the shelf 10. At the end of the recess 23 there is a spur 33 in the area of the lower edge 25 of the partition 12, which spur is intended for engagement in a recess 35 in the area of the free edge 37 of the horizontal leg 15 (first group of engagement elements 33, 35). On the rear side of the vertical leg 17, guide strips 39 are arranged which enter the thickened edge part 41 of the front edge 29 in the region of the recess 27 (third group of engagement elements). In the front, lower corner 43 of the partition wall 12, an expansion fork 45 with fork legs 47 and 49 is formed; this expansion fork is intended to be passed through an opening 51 in the vertical leg 17 (second group of engagement elements). Reaching through is only possible after previously crimping the fork legs 47 and 49 in the direction of the arrow. After the expansion fork 45 has passed through the opening 51, a latching cam 53 engages behind the edge 55 delimiting the opening 51, so that the partition 12 can no longer be unintentionally detached from the L-rail. A solution is possible, however, in that, as indicated in FIG. 17, the latching cam 33 is raised with a pointed instrument 61.

On the visible surface 57 of the vertical leg 17, a sign 59 can be attached, for. B. be glued.
