Abstract

The invention relates to a shelf, in particular a grid shelf for a shelf with at least one stand to which a console of the shelf is suspended.

Such shelves and shelves are known in the field of shopfitting for the presentation of goods and are usually constructed such that a shelf at both lateral ends each have a console, which is each suspended in a stand of the shelf so that it is aligned horizontally. Between the two consoles extend so-called support rods in the transverse direction of the shelf, while in the depth direction and on the support rods numerous rods are arranged, on which the goods are arranged.

Presentation of the invention

The invention has for its object to provide a shelf for a shelf, which is simplified in terms of the structure, so that manufacturing costs can be saved.

The solution to this problem is achieved by the shelf described in claim 1.

Accordingly, at least one, preferably two, side console (s) is provided in the shelf according to the invention, which can be hung in vertically oriented stand. However, according to the invention, at least one support bar running transversely to the consoles is detachably fixed directly to the console. On the one, preferably a plurality of parallel extending in the transverse direction of the shelf supporting bars are numerous, extending in the depth direction bars made of metal, plastic or other suitable material, a sheet, a plate made of plastic, wood or other suitable material, or the like attached on which goods can be presented.

The inventive direct fixation of the support rods on the console, the previously required welded side receiving strips can be saved, which were required to connect the support rods to the console. The direct connection of the support rods with the console can, for example, as explained in more detail below, be made by suitable openings and / or notches. However, these can be much easier and thus cheaper to manufacture than the previously necessary recording strips. Furthermore, the direct attachment of the support rods to the consoles can be formed by suitable click or snap connections. As already mentioned, at least one opening and / or a slot open on one side is provided for the direct connection of the support rods to the brackets. The slot is particularly provided on the console and is open at the top, so that the support rods provided with suitable contours can be suspended therein. However, the slot could also be formed open on the support rods and down to hang the support rods with such contours on the consoles. Furthermore, both consoles and support rods may have the slots described. In this case, said slots do not necessarily have to be narrow and thus "slot-shaped". Rather, the same function can be ensured by arbitrarily designed, unilaterally open or closed on all sides openings.

Currently, a design is preferred for the console, in which this preferably several, corresponding to a plurality of support rods, pairs of an opening and arranged above it and has an upwardly open slot or another opening.

The preceding embodiment can be combined in an advantageous manner with a design of the support rods, in which these at least one end at least one undercut exhibit. The undercut can be created for example by a "hook-like" training.

In the case of two undercuts, these are preferred to each other. In other words, the support bars may laterally have an opening which thereafter extends upwardly and downwardly to form the undercuts described. Alternatively, however, the two undercuts can also point in the same direction, so that essentially two hooks are present, which can cooperate, for example, with an opening and a further opening or a slot in the console. Finally, the undercuts can also face away from each other, so that on the support rod substantially a laterally projecting "T" is formed, which can cooperate in a suitable manner with a single opening in the console. For the extension described below, in the case of the groundbreaking undercuts, this means that at least one undercut in the depth direction, i. tapered towards the "bottom" of the undercut and widened in one direction away from the ground.

For at least one undercut, in particular the upper one in use position, it is further presently preferred that they be in the "depth direction" of the undercut, i. extended to the top. As a result, the attachment to the console is facilitated.

The contours described can be formed particularly favorably on support rods and / or brackets, which are designed in an advantageous manner as largely vertically oriented metal strips.

For a particularly secure attachment between a shelf and a console, an embodiment has proven to be advantageous in terms of any such openings, slots, undercuts or similar contours offset and / or twisted that at least when attaching the support rod or the support rods on at least one console and / or when attaching the console (s) to respective uprights an elastic deformation of the shelf occurs. This elastic deformation or preload can basically persist even when mounted. However, it is sufficient if this elastic deformation must be "overcome" during assembly and therefore there is no elastic deformation and / or bias in the mounted state. Due to the necessity to overcome the elastic deformations during assembly and therefore also during disassembly, unintentional loosening is prevented. The measure described above can experience a wide variety of configurations. For example, a single support bar could be attached to two consoles over such staggered and / or twisted openings that the support bar must be bent or twisted when attaching the console to the respective uprights. A shelf with three or more support bars could cooperate with appropriate openings in a single console such that it must be slightly curved for assembly and in this context an elastic deformation occurs. Alternatively, the openings could be arranged at substantially the same height and any hooks, undercuts or the like on the support bars to each other in height offset.

However, an embodiment is preferred in which the support rods are formed substantially coincident and at least one opening is offset in height at least one console with respect to other openings. Alternatively or additionally, it is conceivable that the lateral distances between openings in the console and / or between the support rods are different, so that at least one support rod (viewed in the use position) has to be bent slightly about a vertical axis in order to fit into the opening to become. This also ensures safe installation. The deformation can persist in the assembled state, or it suitable recesses may be present so that the deformation partially or completely disappears. It is also conceivable and advantageous in certain circumstances if at least one support bar in the console-mounted condition is horizontally displaceable relative to the console, and at least one other support bar cooperates with appropriate contours on the console for locking in that horizontal direction provides.

Detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the invention

In Fig. 1 is a lateral edge of a shelf 10 according to the invention with the console 12 provided thereon to recognize. The area on which the goods can be presented consists of numerous bars extending largely parallel to one another and in the depth direction of the shelf, ie parallel to the console, which are attached to a plurality of transversely extending support bars 16. As can be seen in the drawing, the rods are preferably provided as substantially circular cross-section metal rods, while the support rods 16 and brackets 12 are designed as substantially vertically oriented metal strips.

In the embodiment shown, the support rods 16 each have at their lateral end two mutually directed undercuts. In other words, a kind of hook 18, 20 is formed both in the upper and in the lower region. The area behind the upper hook 20 also widens in the depth direction, i. to the top, which is favorable in the following manner for attachment to the side brackets 12.

Namely, in the illustrated embodiment, the brackets 12 each have pairs of openings 22 and upwardly open slots 24, so that between each of these a web 26 stops. In the in Fig. 1 to be recognized slightly tilted orientation of the console 12, this with the respective webs 26 inserted between the hooks 18, 20 of the support rods. Here, the expanding space extending from the end of the support bar 16 toward the opposite end, for the introduction of the web 26 in the tilted orientation of the console 12 is used.

After complete insertion of the web 26, the console 12 can be aligned substantially vertically, so that the lower end of the web 26 is taken up in a sense in the lower undercut 18 of the support rod 16. Now, when the combination of support bars 16 and bars 14 is lowered under the action of its own weight in the direction of the console 12, the upper end of the web 26 is received on the console in the upper undercut 20, and the combination of support bars 16 and bars 14 is on the console 12 fixed. In particular, the "height" of the web 26 (viewed in the vertical position in the use position) is greater than the distance between the two "hooks" formed on the support rod, so that a secure lateral fixation takes place. This is supported by the fact that the lower undercut has a width (viewed in the transverse direction of the shelf), which corresponds approximately to the sheet thickness of the bracket 12 in the region of the web 26. As a result, the web 26 is received in the mounted position in the undercut and at most slightly in the transverse direction to facilitate the described assembly step, displaced.

The fixation in the depth direction is effected by the interaction of the hooks with the localized openings / recesses on the console.

Fig. 2 shows the assembled state. In the rear (according to Fig. 2 left) area of the console are complementary, those in the use position downward hook recognizable with which this is hooked into slots of the stand (not shown) of the shelf. It is understood that in the described embodiment on the opposite side of the same connection of a bracket 12 with the support rods 16 takes place. The embodiment shown has at the front (in the figures, the right area) on a header, which can serve for example to receive labels. It will further be appreciated that in the illustrated embodiment, the dimensions are selected so that the upper edges of consoles 12 and support bars 16 substantially coincide. In other words, the dimension from the lower edge of the web 26 on the bracket 12 to its upper edge substantially corresponds to the dimension of the "bottom" of the lower undercut 18 on which the web 26 rests, to the upper edge of the support rod 16. In the shown Embodiment, the console in a rectangular area around the openings 22 and slots 24 with respect to the sheet thickness is made slightly thinner and / or offset in the direction of the supporting bars 16 attached thereto.

The embodiment of Fig. 3a is different from the one of Fig. 1 and 2 in that the slot 24 is less narrow and thus less "slot-shaped". Rather, in this case, the slot is formed as a comparatively wide notch or opening, which can expand in particular toward the upper edge.

This also applies to the embodiment of Fig. 3b in which the undercuts or hooks 18, 20 are directed in the same direction. A lateral securing can be ensured in this embodiment in that the web 26 between the opening 22 and the slot 24 is "higher" than the distance of the upper hook 20 to the upper edge of the lower hook 18. This can cause a certain latching effect. Alternatively or additionally, at one or both hooks 18, 20 to the remaining support rod 16 toward extensions, as in Fig. 3b indicated for the lower hook 18, be formed.
