Description

The invention relates to a shelf kit, in particular for system shelves with vertical posts and horizontal struts connecting the posts, with two longitudinal bars and one or more transverse bars, which can be anchored with their two ends to one of the two longitudinal bars and with these span the shelf in the assembled state .

System shelves made of vertical posts and horizontal struts can be packed and shipped to save space. The individual parts are then assembled on site. Various types of shelves can be inserted into the assembled shelf.

A storage rack with at least two substantially vertically extending cheeks and at least two substantially horizontally extending cross members, which connect the cheeks to each other at substantially the same height of the rack storage, is from DE 200 07 202 U1 known. At least one floor element which extends essentially horizontally can be arranged between the crossbeams and on the upper side of which the storage goods can be brought to bear, the crossbeams being produced from a longitudinal profile which is open in cross section.

The object of the invention is to provide a shelf kit that can also be packaged and shipped in a space-saving manner and that is also easy to manufacture and assemble.

This object is achieved by a shelf kit of the type mentioned, in which the longitudinal bars at least partially a U-profile with a first profile limb, an opposite second profile limb and a base connecting the profile limbs and in which at least one passage opening for inserting the end of a cross bar is present in a first U-profile limb, the longitudinal bars being designed for hanging in horizontal struts of a shelving system.

The kit according to the invention consists essentially only of U-profiles and crossbars, which are preferably designed as round tubes. During installation, the crossbars only have to be inserted into the recesses of two U-profiles arranged opposite one another. By using U-profiles the shelf also has a high level of strength for the longitudinal strips. By varying the length of the crossbars, it is particularly easy to provide shelves of different depths.

The longitudinal strips of the shelf assembly according to the invention are designed to be hung in horizontal struts of a shelving system. The shelf itself then does not need to have any means of connection to the vertical posts of the system shelf. By simply hanging it into the horizontal struts of the system shelf, the shelf is securely connected to the shelf and stabilized.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, a stop wall is fastened to the U-profile on the side of the first U-profile leg pointing toward the second U-profile leg, which limits the passage of the crossbar. This further simplifies the assembly of the shelf. The cross rails are automatically positioned correctly and do not prevent the longitudinal rails from being hooked into the horizontal braces of a shelving system.

The stop wall is particularly preferably formed onto the U-profile, in particular by folding the first U-profile leg, which for this purpose has a greater length than the second leg. Another suitable option is to connect the abutment wall to the U-profile in a materially bonded manner, for example by welding or soldering.

Basically, it is sufficient if the stop wall is only behind the openings of the U-profile leg. However, it is preferred if the stop wall extends over the entire length of the U-profile. This is particularly favorable in terms of production.

The free distance between the two U-profile legs, or between the stop wall and the second profile leg is preferably larger, in particular slightly larger, than the width of the horizontal struts of an associated system shelf in the mounting plane of the shelf. This allows the shelf to be easily hooked into the horizontal struts and ensures that the shelf is securely seated on the horizontal struts of the shelving system.

The longitudinal strips are designed in particular as a continuous U-profile. As a result, they can be produced inexpensively as an extruded profile and cut to the desired length.

The number of passage openings in the U-profile leg can be selected according to the desired use of the shelf. However, it is preferred if a large number of passage openings are provided, in particular distributed at least essentially over the entire length of the longitudinal strips. As a result, the user of the shelf can vary the design of the shelf. For example, the distances between two consecutive crossbars can be chosen so that they can carry a wine bottle.

It is particularly preferred if the distance between successive passage openings corresponds to a fixed grid dimension. On the one hand, this is favorable for the production of the shelf assembly kit and, on the other hand, allows simple assembly for different purposes.

The passage openings can in particular be designed as round or elongated punched-out sections and the longitudinal strips as round bars, in particular made of solid material, with the diameter or the width of the punched-out sections being slightly larger than the diameter of the round bars. The diameter or the width is particularly preferably approx. 1 mm larger. Stampings are easy to manufacture, round rods made from solid material are particularly inexpensive.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the through-openings are guided, starting from the first profile leg, into the base, so that the crossbars can be inserted into the through-openings from the base. This makes the shelf even easier to assemble. In particular, given an appropriate design, the longitudinal strips can first be hung in horizontal struts of a system shelf. Then the crossbars only have to be inserted from above into the passage openings of two opposite longitudinal bars.

In order to enable the transverse strips to be inserted with a precise fit into the passage openings in this configuration, a spacer pointing towards the second profile limb is preferably provided at the free end of the first profile limb, with the extent of the spacer towards the second limb at least corresponding to the extent of the passage opening in the base . It can thus be ensured that the crossbars can easily be guided past the horizontal struts of the system shelf when being inserted into the passage openings from the base.

In the 1 shown longitudinal bar 1 consists of a U-profile with a first profile leg 2 and a second profile leg 3 and one of the two Profile leg connecting base 4. In the first profile leg 2, a plurality of round through-openings 5 is provided, which are arranged distributed over the length of the longitudinal strip 1 according to a fixed grid. The distance between successive passage openings is 30 mm, for example.

How to get in particular 2 recognizes, a stop wall 6 is attached to the first leg 2 of the longitudinal strip 1, which is located between the first profile leg 2 and the second profile leg 3 and limits the passage of a profile bar 7 through the passage openings 5. As in 2 is also indicated, the longitudinal bars 1 of the shelf can be hung in horizontal struts 8 of a system shelf 9, as in the Figures 3 and 4 is shown. For this purpose, the distance a between the stop wall 6 and the second profile leg 3 is slightly larger than the width b of the horizontal strut 8.

In 3 a system shelf 9 is shown with a shelf 10 according to the invention, in which profile struts 7 are inserted into corresponding passage openings 5 of the longitudinal strips 1 at such a distance that a bottle 11 can be stored between two adjacent profile struts 7 . In 4 a system shelf 9 is shown in which a shelf 10 according to the invention is provided with only one profile strut 7 . This can be used as a clothes rail into which a clothes hanger 12 can be hung. Another possibility is to provide two struts 7 at a distance from a suspension register. This allows the shelf to serve as a hanging file. The system shelf 9 is formed from vertical posts 13 and horizontal struts 8, the horizontal struts 8 being hooked into the posts 13. The system shelf 9 can therefore also be produced as a kit and can be assembled by the user himself. The Figures 3 and 4 also show conventional shelves 14.

The in the Figures 5 to 7 The illustrated longitudinal bar 1 of the second embodiment also consists of a U-profile with a first profile leg 2 and a second profile leg 3 as well as a base 4 connecting the two profile legs. However, the passage openings 5 provided in the first profile leg 2 are not round as in the first embodiment executed, but as slots, which are guided starting from the first profile leg 2 to the base 4. As can be seen, this allows the transverse strips 7 to be introduced into the passage openings 5 from the base 4 . The closed end of the elongated holes 5 is semicircular. As a result, profile struts 7 designed as round rods can be securely stored. In order to enable safe insertion even when the longitudinal strip 1 is placed on a horizontal strut 8 of a system shelf, the first profile leg 2 is bent at its free end in the direction of the second profile leg 3 to form a spacer 15 . The spacer 15 extends at least as far in the direction of the second profile leg 3 as the through-opening 5 in the base 4, but preferably somewhat more, so that the crossbar 7 can be safely inserted from the base 4 in any case.

That in the Figures 8 and 9 illustrated third embodiment of the invention is largely the same as the second embodiment. Instead of the spacer 15, however, an L-profile 16 is connected to the first profile leg 2, one leg 17 of which extends from the free end of the first leg 2 in the direction of the second leg 3, and the second leg 18 of which extends from the end of the first leg 17 up to base 4. how to get in 9 recognizes, corresponds to the distance a between the second leg 18 of the L-shaped Profile 16 and the second leg 3 in turn approximately the width b of the horizontal strut 8. As can be seen from the above statements, the shelf assembly according to the invention is particularly simple to manufacture and assemble. By hanging in horizontal braces 8 of a system shelf, there is a high level of stability. The large number of passage openings 5 in the longitudinal strips 1 also results in great variability in the use of the shelf according to the invention.

1. A shelf kit, in particular for system shelves (9) having vertical posts (13) and horizontal struts (8) connecting the posts (13), having two longitudinal strips (1) and one or more transverse strips (7) which can be anchored with their two ends at one of the two longitudinal strips (1) in each case and which span the shelf (10) in the assembled state with said two ends,
   wherein
   the longitudinal strips (1) at least sectionally comprise a U-profile having a first profile limb (2), a second profile limb (3) and a base (4) connecting the profile limbs (2, 3), wherein at least one passage opening (5) for inserting the end of a transverse strip (7) is present in a respective first U-profile limb (2) and characterized in that the longitudinal strips (1) are configured to be hung in horizontal struts (8) of a system shelf (9).
2. A shelf kit in accordance with claim 1,
   characterized in that,
   at the side of the first U-profile limb (2) facing the second U-profile limb (3), an abutment wall (6) is fastened to the U-profile (1) and limits the passage of the transverse strip (7).
3. A shelf kit in accordance with claim 2,
   characterized in that
   the abutment wall (6) is molded to the U-profile (1), in particular by folding, or in that the abutment wall (6) is connected in a bonded manner to the U-profile (1), in particular by soldering or welding.

   the abutment wall (6) extends at least substantially along the entire U-profile (1).

   the longitudinal strips (1) comprise a continuous U-profile.

   a plurality of passage openings (5) are provided and are in particular arranged distributed at least substantially over the entire length of the longitudinal strips (1).

   the spacing of consecutive passage openings (5) corresponds to a fixed grid dimension.
9. A shelf kit in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,

   the passage openings (5) are formed as round or elongate punched-out portions and the transverse strips (7) are formed as round bars, in particular of solid material, with the diameter or the width of the punched-out portions being slightly larger than the diameter of the round bars (7), preferably approximately 1 mm larger.
10. A shelf kit in accordance with any one of the claims 1 to 8,
    characterized in that
    the passage openings (5), starting from the first profile limb (2), are guided into the base (4) so that the transverse strips (7) can be introduced into the passage openings (5) from the base (4), with the closed end of the passage openings preferably being semicircular.
11. A shelf kit in accordance with claim 10,
    characterized in that
    a spacer (15), in particular in the form of a folded-over section of the first profile limb (2), facing towards the second profile limb (3) is provided at the free end of the first profile limb (2), with the extent of the spacer (15) towards the second profile limb (3) at least corresponding to the extent of the passage opening (5) into the base (4), in particular being slightly larger.
