Abstract

An apparatus for retaining guide pulleys for load cables of a building front cable lift in a housing stationarily arranged at the top of a building, from which housing said guide pulleys are outwardly pivotable from ground. In the housing which is open at its face there are supported two beams which are outwardly pivotable horizontally and carry the guide pulleys for the load cables. The beams are retained releasably by means of an interlocking device arranged in the interior of the housing. The interlocking device is releasable by means of auxiliary cables guided on the guide pulleys, said auxiliary cables depending from an edge cutout in the base of said housing.

Description

The invention relates to a device for holding the guide rollers for the load cables of a facade soap hoist in a fixedly arranged on the top of the building, the front open housing, in which two brackets carrying the guide rollers are horizontally pivoted, with one arranged inside the housing, from the outside the releasable locking device are held forth.

Such devices are used in particular in facade cable lifts for rescuing people who are at risk of fire, for example. In a known device (DE-A-2227125) rope drums are arranged on the cantilevers on which the load ropes, which are provided with weights at their ends, are wound. A locking device is also assigned to the cantilevers, which can be triggered, for example, by means of a Bowden cable reaching to the ground. However, such a device cannot be used in a facade cable elevator intended for high-rise buildings, taking into account the size of the cable capacity of the cable drums.

Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention seeks to remedy this.

The solution to the problem is that
  • a) an auxiliary rope is placed over each of the guide rollers,
  • b) the two ends of each auxiliary rope hang down through an edge cut in the bottom of the housing so that they can be reached from the ground,
  • c) the locking device can be triggered by the auxiliary ropes,
  • d) the booms can be forcibly swung out by the auxiliary ropes.

When pulling on the auxiliary ropes, the locking device is triggered, with the boom swinging out with the auxiliary cells. Thereafter, the auxiliary ropes are connected at one end to the load ropes of a car and the load ropes are pulled by pulling the other ends of the auxiliary ropes over the guide rollers to the ground. The auxiliary ropes, which are then no longer required, are then released from the load ropes and connected to traction sheaves in a known manner. After the use of the elevator has ended, the auxiliary ropes are connected again to the load ropes previously detached from the car and pulled over the guide rollers again by means of the load ropes, after which the load ropes are released from the auxiliary ropes.

An advantageous development of the device according to the invention consists in that the locking device consists of a locking bolt which is vertically displaceably mounted in the housing and which carries at its lower end a rope which, with the interposition of predetermined breaking points, is attached to one part of the auxiliary ropes by means of predetermined breaking points Links is connected to the auxiliary ropes, and which is provided at its upper end with a fixed head part, with which the locking bolt rests under the pressure effect of a coil spring pushed onto it on fixedly arranged hooks on the arms.

When the auxiliary ropes are pulled, the locking device is triggered. Further pulling on the auxiliary ropes detaches the rope attached to the locking bolt from the auxiliary ropes, after which the booms with the auxiliary ropes can be pivoted out of the housing.

A further advantageous development of the device according to the invention is that the parts of the auxiliary ropes hanging down are held together by rings provided with a predetermined breaking point.

This advantageously prevents that when the boom is pivoted out of the housing by means of the auxiliary ropes, they slide out of the guide rollers.

Nachdem die Ausleger 2, 3 ausgeschwenkt worden sind, lassen sich die Ringe 28, 29 an den Sollbruchstellen mühelos mittels der Hilfsseile 10, 11 aufreißen.1 designates an elongated box-shaped housing which is fastened approximately at the height of the roof of a building and which is open at the end. In the housing 1, two rectangular brackets 2, 3 are arranged side by side, which are forked at their opposite ends. The arms 2, 3 are pivotally mounted on bolts 4, 5, which are guided vertically in the wall of the housing 1. Guide rollers 6, 7 are arranged in the forked part of the arms 2, 3 and are rotatably mounted on axes 8, 9 guided in the fork ends of the arms 2, 3. An auxiliary rope 10, 11 is suspended over each of the guide rollers 6, 7. The auxiliary ropes 10, 11 hang down through an edge cutout 12 in the bottom 13 of the housing 1 so far that they can be reached from the ground. They are usually, ie when the elevator is not in use, attached to the facade of the building by means of clips 14, which are arranged on strips 15, in an easily detachable manner. At the top of the housing 1, an angular .Arm 16 is fixedly arranged on the inside with the free end of its one leg 17, in the other leg 18 a locking bolt 19 vertically ver is slidably mounted. The locking bolt 19 is provided with a ring 20 at its lower end, with which it protrudes relative to the leg 18. A prestressed coil spring 21 is slid onto the locking bolt 19. This is supported with one end on the leg 18 of the arm 16 and with its other end on a head part 22 which is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the locking bolt 19. The arms 2, 3 are each provided with a hook 23 or 24, against which the head part 22 of the locking bolt 19 rests under the pressure of the helical spring 21. A cable 25 is passed through the ring 20 arranged on the locking bolt 19. This is suspended at its ends in annular, provided with predetermined breaking points 26, 27 which are firmly connected to one part of the auxiliary ropes 10, 11. The parts of the auxiliary ropes 10, 11 which hang down are also held together by rings 28, 29 which are also provided with a predetermined breaking point. After the arms 2, 3 have been swung out, the rings 28, 29 can be easily torn open at the predetermined breaking points by means of the auxiliary ropes 10, 11.

When pulling on the auxiliary ropes 10, 11, the locking bolt 19 is tightened against the action of the helical spring 21 via the rope 25 connecting the auxiliary ropes 10, 11 and the locking bolt 19 until the head part 22 of the locking bolt 19 by the hooks 23, 24 Boom 2, 3 is moved and the boom 2, 3 are released. With a further pull on the auxiliary ropes 10, 11, the boom 2, 3 with the guide rollers 6, 7 are pivoted out of the housing 1. In this case, the links 26, 27 attached to one part of the auxiliary ropes 10, 11 and provided with the predetermined breaking points tear open at the predetermined breaking points, as a result of which the rope 25 located on the locking bolt 19 detaches from the auxiliary ropes 10, 11. The locking bolt 19 then moves back through the action of the previously tensioned and now relaxing coil spring 21 in the starting position. The auxiliary ropes 10, 11 are then shackled with their one ends to the load ropes located on the car, which are pulled by pulling the other ends of the auxiliary ropes 10, 11 over the guide rollers 6, 7. Thereafter, the auxiliary ropes 10, 11 are released from the load ropes and the load ropes are connected, for example, to traction sheaves, after which the elevator is ready for use.
