An apparatus for retaining guide pulleys for load cables of a building front cable lift in a housing stationarily arranged at the top of a building, from which housing said guide pulleys are outwardly pivotable from ground. In the housing which is open at its face there are supported two beams which are outwardly pivotable horizontally and carry the guide pulleys for the load cables. The beams are retained releasably by means of an interlocking device arranged in the interior of the housing. The interlocking device is releasable by means of auxiliary cables guided on the guide pulleys, said auxiliary cables depending from an edge cutout in the base of said housing.

Description

The invention relates to a device for holding the guide rollers for the load cables of a facade cable elevator in a box-shaped housing fixedly arranged at the top of the building, from which the guide rollers can be swung out from the ground.

Devices of this type are used, in particular, in facade cable lifts for rescuing people who are at risk of fire, for example, in order to protect the fixed components of the guide rollers forming the building in the housing from the weather and thereby ensure that the guide rollers are operational in an emergency. In a known device, cable drums are mounted on the inside of two horizontally pivotable wings of the housing, on which the load cables are wound. The load ropes are provided with weights at one end. The wings are secured by a bolt in the closed position. This can be pulled out of the locking mechanism from the ground via a Bowden cable, which results has that the wings with the cable drums are pivoted via spring-loaded articulated levers into the open position and are held in this position. The load ropes are also unwound in the open position of the wings under the influence of the weights from the rope drums to the ground. Such a device, in which the load cables are wound up on the cable drums before the elevator is started up, cannot be used in a facade cable hoist intended for high-rise buildings, simply because of the required size of the cable capacity of the cable drums. Furthermore, such a device is relatively complicated due to the spring-loaded articulated lever, which cannot be ruled out with the security offered in rescue cable lifts that the pivoting of the guide rollers out of the housing and thereby the use of the elevator is put into question as a result of rust formation or contamination.

The invention, as characterized in the claims, is based on the object to improve a device of the type described in such a way that by means of one and the same means, the guide rollers are swung out of the housing with certainty and are located on the car Load ropes can be pulled up over the guide rollers and down to the ground again.

This object is achieved by the features claimed in claim 1.

With the device according to the invention it is advantageously achieved that both the triggering of the locking device and the pivoting of the extension arm with the guide rollers from the housing are forcibly carried out by means of the auxiliary ropes. The forced swiveling out of the guide rollers by means of the auxiliary ropes ensures that the guide rollers and thus the elevator can be used safely and quickly, even in the event of rust or contamination. After the guide rollers have been swiveled out, the load ropes on the car are also pulled over the guide rollers by means of the auxiliary ropes, by shackling the auxiliary ropes at one end to the load ropes and pulling them down to the ground via the guide rollers at the other ends. The auxiliary ropes, which are then no longer required, are then released from the load ropes and connected to traction sheaves in a known manner. After the use of the elevator has ended, the auxiliary ropes are shackled back onto the load ropes detached from the car and pulled over the guide rollers again by means of the load ropes, after which the load ropes are released from the auxiliary ropes. '

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the locking device consists of a bolt which is vertically displaceably mounted in the housing and which carries at its lower end a rope which, with the interposition of links provided with predetermined breaking points and attached to one part of the auxiliary ropes, with the auxiliary ropes is connected, and at its upper end with a fixed head part is provided, with which the bolt rests under the pressure effect of a helical spring pushed onto it on fixedly arranged hooks on the arms.

The locking device is triggered by a simple pull on the auxiliary ropes, after which the cantilevers with the guide rollers can also be pivoted out of the housing by means of the auxiliary ropes by loosening the rope connecting the auxiliary ropes with the bolt from the auxiliary ropes.

An advantageous further development of the device according to the invention is that the parts of the auxiliary ropes hanging down are held together by rings provided with a predetermined breaking point.

This advantageously prevents that when the boom is pivoted out of the housing by means of the auxiliary ropes, they slide out of the guide rollers.

Nachdem die Ausleger 2,3 ausgeschwenkt worden sind, lassen sich die Ringe 28,29 an den Sollbruchstellen mühelos mittels der Hilfsseile lo,11 aufreißen.1 with an elongated, approximately at the level of the roof of a building attached box-shaped housing is called, which is open at the front. In the housing 1, two rectangular brackets 2, 3 are arranged side by side, which are open at their opposite ends. The brackets 2, 3 are pivotably mounted on bolts 4, 5 which are arranged vertically in the wall of the housing 1. In the arms 2, 3, guide rollers 6, 7 are arranged at the ends, which are rotatably mounted on bolts 8, 9 attached in the wall of the arms 2, 3. Two auxiliary ropes lo, 11 are guided over the guide rollers 6, 7. These are led with their free ends through an edge cutout 12 in the bottom 13 of the housing 1. They hang so far down that they can be reached from the ground. The auxiliary ropes 10, 11 are usually releasably attached to the facade of the building by means of clips 14 which are arranged on strips 15, ie when the elevator is not in use. On the top of the housing 1, an angular arm 16 is fixedly arranged on the inside with the free end of its one leg 17, in the other leg 18 a bolt 19 is vertically slidably mounted. The bolt 19 is provided with a ring 20 at its lower end, with which it protrudes relative to the leg 18. A prestressed coil spring 21 is pushed onto the bolt 19. This is supported at one end on the leg 18 of the arm 16 and at the other end on a head part 22 which is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the bolt 19. The arms 2, 3 are provided with hooks 23, 24 at the ends remote from the pivot points, behind which the head part 22 of the bolt 19 rests under the pressure of the helical spring 21. The boom 2,3 are held with the guide rollers 6,7 in the housing 1 in a horizontal position to each other. A rope 25 is guided through the ring 20 arranged on the bolt 19. This is suspended at its ends in ring-shaped links 26, 27 provided with predetermined breaking points, which are firmly connected to one part of the auxiliary ropes 10, 11. The parts of the auxiliary ropes 10, 11 which hang down are held together by rings 28, 29 also provided with a predetermined breaking point. After the outriggers 2, 3 have been swung out, the rings 28, 29 can be easily torn open at the predetermined breaking points by means of the auxiliary ropes lo, 11.

When pulling the auxiliary ropes 10, 11, the bolt 19 is tightened against the action of the helical spring 21 via the rope 25 connecting the auxiliary ropes lo, 11 and the bolt 19 until the head part 22 of the bolt 19 is hooked by the hooks 23, 24 Boom 2.3 is moved and the boom 2.3 are released. With further pull on the auxiliary ropes 10, 11, the Cantilever 2,3 with the guide rollers 6,7 pivoted out of the housing 1. The one at the parts tearing of the auxiliary ropes lo, fixed 11, provided with the predetermined breaking points members 26,27 to the predetermined breaking points, whereby the rope 25 located on the bolt 19 disengages from the auxiliary ropes 1 0. 11 The bolt 19 then moves back through the action of the previously tensioned and now relaxing coil spring 21 in the starting position. The auxiliary ropes lo, 11 are then shackled with their one ends to the load ropes located on the car, which are pulled by pulling the other ends of the auxiliary ropes 10, 11 over the guide rollers 6, 7. Thereafter, the auxiliary ropes 10, 11 are released from the load ropes and the load ropes are connected, for example, to traction sheaves, after which the elevator is ready for use.
