Es sind zahlreiche Aufzugskonstruktionen be-
kannt, die den verschiedensten Anwendungszwecken
dienen, wie beispielsweise Kabelkräne, bei denen
mehrere Laufkatzen auf Laufseilen mit getrennter
Steuerung bewegt werden können. Hierbei ist neben
einem relativ großen Aufwand insbesondere der
Umstand nachteilig, daß eine besondere Fahrbahn
und ein besonderer Mast erforderlich sind.
Bei einer anderen Konstruktion wird durch eine
Trommel ein auf Stützen gelagertesFahrseil stramm
ausgespannt, und der Förderkorb wird durch das
Windenseil bewegt. Der Zugtrurn und der Leertrurn
desWindenseils hängen hierbei unterhalb des Fahr-
seils. Die beiden Förderseiltrume umschließen also
nicht das Fahrseil. Dadurch kann der Förderkorb
stark hin und her pendeln, und außerdem fehlt die
Möglichkeit, beim Anfahren den Förderkorb zri-
nächst lediglich senkrecht anzuheben und erst, wenn
er an das Katzengestell stößt, auf dem Fahrseil aui--
w-ärts zu bewegen.
Bei einer anderen Verladevorrichtung wird eir:c
Fahrbahn verwendet, auf der die an einem Flaschen-
zug hängende Last verfahren werden kann, und
zwar dadurch, daß ein Förderseil Tiber eine Ver -
riegelungsvorrichtung an den Flaschenzug angreift.
Hierbei wird eine besondere Klemm- und Sperr-
vorrichtung verwendet, um ein selbständiges Ab
senken der Last bzw. beim Anziehen des Förder-
seils die Bewegung der Last zu verhindern. Die
Umlenkung eines Förderseils um eine obere Um-
führungsrolle und damit die Bildung eines Doppel-
trums, die Lagerung des Fahrseils zwischen den
beiden Förderseiltrumen und die Verwendung von
zwei übereinander angeordneten, in einem Bock ge-
lagerten Trommeln für das Fahr- und Förderseil
entsprechend der Erfindung sind bei dieser vorbe-
kannten Konstruktion nicht vorhanden.
Der Schrägaufzug gemäß der Erfindung zeichnet
sich durch zahlreiche Vorteile aus. Der Aufzug
kann ohne weiteres, also ohne Änderungen oder
Hilfsmaßnahmen, sowohl als Schräg- als auch als
Senkrechtaufzug Verwendung finden, wobei die
Förderschräge in weiten Grenzen veränderbar ist.
Derselbe Windenbock dient der Lagerung sowohl
der Förderseil- als auch Fahrseiltrommel. Uni-
stecktrngen oder Umspannungen entfallen. Ändert
sich die zu übertragende Entfernung, so erfolgt
lediglich ein Zu- oder Abwickeln des Fahrseils auf
der Trommel, die gleichzeitig als Fahrseilspanner
wirkt. Trotz der Lagerung sowohl des Förder- als
auch des Fahrseils in demselben Windenbock wirken
auf diesen keine ungünstigen Kippmomente, so daß
besondere Arretierungen üblicherweise entbehrlich
sind. Der Förderkorb fährt ruhig und ohne Pende-
lungen auf dem Fahrseil, da die Laufkatze an zwei
übereinanderliegenden Punkten so geführt wird, daß
die Laufrolle sich zwischen den beiden Seilangriffs-
punkten (Förderseilumlenk- und Laufrolle) befindet.
Es ist bei der erfindungsgemäßen Konstruktion ein
markantes Merkmal, daß oberhalb der auf dem Fahr-
seil vorhandenen Rolle noch eine weitere Laufrolle
vorgesehen ist, die auf dem oberen Förderseiltrum
ruht oder auch auf diesem rollt.
Die Laufkatze kann in einfachster Weise flaschen-
zugartig ausgebildet werden, so (laß für den Fcrder-
korb besondere Heb- Lind Al)senkmaßtialirn(@n
entfallen. Die obere Befestigung für die För(lerseil-
umlenkrolle ist gleichzeitig der Befestigungspunkt
für das Fahrseil. Ein zusätzliches Kippmoment,
beispielsweise für den Auslegerbalken am Dachfirst,
wird vermieden. Der Lagerbügel der Förderseil-
umlerikrolle dient gleichzeitig der Befestigung des
Fahrseils. Zusätzliche Halteglieder entfallen.
Darüber hinaus bietet die Erfindung folgende
weitere Vorteile: Bet:itigung des Förderkorbs (also
Anheben und Absenken) zwangsläufig durch das
Förderseil unter Vermeidung zusätzlicher Einrich-
tungen, wie Arretierungshebel und Betätigungsteile,
Zwangsführung des Förderkorbs während der Fahrt
bei Vermeidung von Pendelungen.
Der Kleinaufzug nach der Erfindung ist weiter-
hin so ausgebildet, daß vier Förderkorb oder das
Traggestell über eine auf dein Tragseil rollende
Laufkatze mit dem freien Ende des Zugseils ver-
Bunden ist derart, daß beim Aufwickeln des Zug-
seils auf die Trommel das Traggestell zun'ichst bis
zum Anschlag an die Laufkatze senkrecht liocli
gefördert und darin auf (lern Laufseil scliriig auf-
wärts bewegt wird und daß nach Erreichen der
erwünschten Höhenstellung des Traggestells bei
Freigabe der Seiltrommel das Traggestell zufolge
dessen Nutzlastübergewichts senkrecht al)w"ir-t"
fährt und daß schließlich nach Entleerung des Prag-
gestells dieses unter der Wirkung des Übergewichts
der Laufkatze schräg abwärts in Richtung @Wirrden-
hock sich bewegt.
Bei dieser erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahme haben
Laufkatze und Flaschenrolle die Wirkung, (laß ohne
besondere Steuerbewegwigen an der Bockwinde der
belastete Förderkorb beine Anziehen des Zugseils
zuerst an das Laufseil herangezogen wird, alsdann
rnit der Laufkatze schräg aufwärts wandert, beirri
Halten und nachfolgenden Nachlassen des Zugseils
aber zuerst zum selbsttätigen Entladen oder durch
leichtes Festhalten mit der Hand senkrecht nach
unten geht, alsdann entladen wird und anschließend
durch das Gewicht der al)w-iir-ts gleitenden Lauf-
katze wieder selbsttätig an diese herangezogen wird.
Diese Wirkung wird dadurch erreicht, daß (las
Eigengewicht des Förderkorbs irr ein entsprechendes
Verhältnis zum Gewicht der Laufkatze gebracht
wird.
Der erfindungsgemiiße:@ufzug hatdenVorteil, (iaß
er jeweils den erforderlichen :lufzugsbedarfsf'illen
ohne Zusatzmaßnahmen sich anpaßt, daß ein schi-
flottes Aufziehen erniögliclit wird und daß die Bau
und insbesondere ßedachungsrnaterialien nicht mehr
unmittelbar an der Baustelle gelagert zu werden
brauchen, also an Stellen, wo in den meisten Fällen
der Platz w=egen der dort lagernden Kies- und Erd-
haufen mangelt. Die vorgelagerten Baumaterialien
sowie Baugerüste, Vord'icher, Gräben tisw. werden
durch das straff gespannte Laufseil ohne irgend-
welche Zwischenstützen überbrückt. Ferner kann
das zu fördernde Bedachungsrnaterial unmittelbar
bis zum Dachfirst gezogen und vom Laufseil weg
in Brust- oder Kopfhöhe abgesetzt werden, so daß
dasAblagern in den Dachböden zufolge der schriigen
Aufzugsweise in Fortfall kommen kann.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfin-
dung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel halbschematisch
dargestellt.
In einem Bock 4 sind die Seilwindentromineln
mit deren Antrieb und Steuerung gelagert. Für das
Förder- bzw. Zugseil 2 ist die Trommel 5 und für
das Laufseil 3 die Trommel 8 vorgesehen. Dem An-
triel) des Zugseils 2 dient der Elektromotor 6. Beim
Ablassen des Förderkorbs bzw. des Traggestells i-p
dient der 13remsliebel 7 mit dem Bremsband der
Steuerung der Abwärtsbewegung.
Das Zugseil 2 läuft über eine Umlenkrolle i, die
in einem Bügel i' gelagert ist. Dieser Bügel wird
an einem höchsten Punkt, beispielsweise am Dach-
first, befestigt.
Der Bügel i' besitzt in Richtung Windenbock _1
einen lIaken oder eine Öse i" für die Befestigung
des Endes i"' des Laufseils 3, dessen anderes Ende
um die Trommel 8 geschlungen ist, durch deren
Drehung das Seil 3 straff gespannt wird.
Das Ende des Zugseils 2 greift an eine Laufkatze
12 an, und (las Seil ist über die am Traggestell 14
gelagerte Rolle i i, filier die an der Laufkatze 12 be-
findlichen Rolle io, über die Unilenkrolle i und Tiber
die weitere an der Laufkatze gelagerten Rolle 9 zur
Trommel 5 geführt. Zwischen den Rollen io und p
ist in der t.aufkatze die Laufrolle 13 vorgesehen,
durch die die Katze 12 und damit das Fördergestell
1.1. auf (lern Laufseil 3 geführt wird.
Zur senkrechten Aufzugsweise braucht nur (las
Zugseil 2 der Trommel 5 verwendet zu werden.
Beini Schrägzug wird das Laufseil 3 durch die
Trommel 8 straff gespannt. Diese Trommel 8 dient
somit gleichzeitig der Aufbewahrung für das un-
benutzte Tragseil 3 und ermöglicht es, bei Bedarf
durch Zahnkranz und Sperrklinke das Seil 3 jeweils
in der erforderlichen Länge straff zu spannen. Wä h
rend des Arbeitsgangs bleibt (las Laufseil 3 unVer-
änderlich straff.
Die Gewichte von Laufkatze 12 und Förderkorb
14 sind so gewählt, daß der belastete Förderkorb 14
bzw. die durch die Flaschenwirkung untersetzte
Zugkraft des Zugseils 2 kleiner ist als der Zug der
Katze 12 finit dein ganzen Traggestellgewicht in
Richtung (pes Zugseils 2, d.li. der schiefen Ebene,
zuziiglicji des Fahrwiderstands der Katze 12, aller
größer als dieser schräge Zug, vermindert um den
Fahrwiderstand. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß beim
Anziehen des Zugseils 2 der Förderkorb 14 bzw. die
Flaschenrolle ii zuerst bis zum Anschlag an die
Laufkatze 12 herangezogen, alsdann aber mit der
Laufkatze 12 schräg hochgezogen wird, wühren(l da=
Ablassen der hochgezogenen Förderlast durch An-
halten des Zugseils 2 und nachfolgendes Nachlasseli
unter Lockerung der Bremse 7 erfolgt, wodurch der
belastete Förderkorb 14 von der Laufkatze 12
weg senkrecht absinkt oder durch halten mit der
Hand zum Absinken gebracht werden kann. Nach
dein Entleeren wird das Gestell 14 durch die litiii-
