Claims (5)

1. Dispositif de commutation pour échelonner la durée d'enclenchement du chauffage d'un appareil électrique, notamment d'une plaque chauffante d'une cuisinière électrique au moyen d'un commutateur à contacts multiples (7) réalisé sous forme d'un commutateur à sept cadences de chauffe, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de chauffage est constitué par une seule résistance chauffante (6) qui est reliée aux bornes de sortie (S6, S8) du commutateur à plusieurs contacts (7) et en ce que les bornes d'entrée (S1 à S5) du commutateur à plusieurs contacts (7) sont reliées, dans un circuit de commutation pour la pleine puissance de chauffe, directement à la tension du secteur et qu'elles sont reliées, dans les autres circuits de commutation pour un échelonnement de la durée d'enclenchement et pour des puissances de chauffe différentes, à la tension du secteur par l'intermédiaire de commutateurs de puissance cycliques (8).
2. Dispositif de commutation suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les commutateurs de puissance (8) présentent pour la commande des contacts de commutation, des cames qui sont entraînées par un moteur-réducteur (M) ou une . commande par oscillation.
3. Dispositif de commutation suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les commutateurs de puissance sont constitués par des cames positionnées pour obtenir pour la résistance chauffante (6) des durées d'enclenchement, par exemple de 16%, 40% et 60%.
4. Dispositif de commutation suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3 et destiné à plusieurs plaques chauffantes d'une cuisinière électrique présentant chacune une seule résistance chauffante (6), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux plaques chauffantes peuvent être reliées à la phase par l'intermédiaire des mêmes commutateurs de puissance (8).
5. Dispositif de commutation suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux des commutateurs de puissance (8) comportent des cames qui sont décalées les unes par rapport aux autres et en se chevauchant de façon à obtenir une durée d'enclenchement pour la résistance chauffante (6) proportionnelle à l'importance du chevauchement.
