Claims (15)

1. Verschlussgetriebe für Fenster, Türen oder dergleichen, mit einem Gehäuse (22, 122, 222, 322, 422) aus zwei Teilen (171, 172, 271, 272, 371, 372, 471, 472), die sich in einer Längsebene des Verschlussgetriebes (7, 107, 207, 307, 407) aneinanderfügen und gegenseitig abstützen, wobei im genannten Gehäuse (22, 122, 222, 322, 422) eine Getriebenuss (125, 225, 325, 425) gelagert ist, die von einem aussenliegenden Bedienungselement betätigt wird ; einer starr an der Vorderseite des Gehäuses (22, 122, 222, 322, 422) befestigten Stulpschiene (5, 105, 305, 405) die dazu bestimmt ist, eine Längsnut (4) in der Schmalseite (3) des Flügels (2) abzudecken ; zwei Verschlussstangen (123, 124, 223, 224, 323, 324, 423, 424), die etwa auf der Tangente zur Getriebenuss (125, 225, 325, 425) in einer Flucht angeordnet sind, und sich in der genannten Nut (4) bewegen ; beiderseits der Getriebenuss (125, 225, 325, 425) wirkenden Triebmittel die die Mindestvierteldrehung der Getriebenuss (125, 225, 325, 425) in einen gleichzeitigen Verschub jeder der beiden Verschlussstangen (123, 124, 223, 224, 323, 324, 423, 424) mit gleichem Schubweg in entgegengesetzte Richtungen umwandeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Triebmittel zwischen der Getriebenuss (125, 325, 425) und der ersten Verschlussstangen (123, 323, 424) aus Zähnen (133, 134, 135, 333, 334, 335, 433, 435) bestehen, die aus dem Körper der Getriebenuss (125, 325, 425) hervorragen und unmittelbar in entsprechende Öffnungen (143, 144, 145, 343, 344, 345, 443, 444, 445) am nahe der Getriebenuss (125, 325, 425) gelegenen Ende (146, 346, 446) der ersten Verschlussstangen (123, 323, 423) eingreifen ; die Triebmittel zwischen der Getriebenuss (125, 325, 425) und der zweiten Verschlussstange (124, 324, 424) aus mindestens einem Zahn (131, 331, 475) bestehen, der aus dem Körper der Getriebenuss (125, 325, 425) hervorragt und in mindestens eine entsprechende Öffnung (136, 137) eines mit der Getriebenuss (125, 325, 425) verbundenen biegsamenen Elementes (140, 340, 440) eingreift, welches am nahe der Getriebenuss (125, 325, 425) gelegenen Ende (142, 342, 442) der zweiten Stange (124, 324, 424) befestigt und in einer im Gehäuse (122, 322, 422) angeordneten Nut (100, 300, 400) geführt ist die mit einem Abschnitt (149, 349, 486) endet, der parallel zur zweiten Stange (124, 324, 424) verläuft, so dass die Gesamtausdehnung des Gehäuses (122, 322, 422) sein Einlassen in die Flügeldicke durch eine von der Innenseite (1) des Flügels (2) her einbohrbare Aussparung (8, 9, 10) ermöglicht.

Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsnut (100) des biegsamen Elementes (140) welches die Getriebenuss (125) mit mindestens einer der Verschlussstangen (124) verbindet, einen zur Getriebenuss (125) konzentrischen Nutabschnitt (147) aufweist, und dass dieser Abschnitt in einer seitliche der Getriebenuss (125) gelegenen Ebene angeordnet ist.

Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Getriebenuss (125) an seine Mantelfläche (130) Zähne (131 bis 135) aufweist, die einerseits in Öffnungen (136, 137) in einem der Enden (139) des biegsamen Elementes (140) eingreifen dessen anderes Ende (141) mit dem Ende (142) einer der Verschlussstangen (124) verbunden ist, und andererseits in Öffnungen (143, 144, 145) im Ende (146) der anderen Stange (123) eingreifen.

Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsnut (300) einen gerade, Abschnitt (373) aufweist, der zwischen zwei entgegengesetzt gekrümmte Nutabschnitte (347, 348) eingefügt ist, wobei die Länge dieses Abschnitts (373) zumindest der Länge des Schubweges der Verschlussstange (324) entspricht, die über ein aus mehreren übereinanderliegenden Blättern bestehendes biegsames Element (340) betätigt wird.
5. Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen der Getriebnuss (325) und dem Ende (339) des biegsamen Elementes (340) umlaufend fest, radial aber beweglich ist.

Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zur Getriebenuss (325) konzentrische Nutabschnitt (347) der Führungsnut (300) gemäss einer spiralförmigen Krümmung dem eingefügten geraden Nutabschnitt (373) zugeleitet ist um eine sich in einen Kreisausschnitt geringen Umrisses einschreibende Gesamtkonstruktion des Mittelteils des 'Gehäuses (322) zu erhalten.

Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsnut (400) einen ersten geraden Nutabschnitt (479) aufweist, der zu einem der Durchmesser (480) der Getriebenuss (425) tangent ist, in einen zweiten gekrümmten Nutabschnitt (485) reicht, der die Führungsnut (400) zu einem parallel zur Verschlussstange (424) verlauft enden geraden Nutabschnitt (486) hin leitet, und dass die Verbindung zwischen der Getriebenuss (425) und dem Ende (439) des biegsamen Elementes (440) umlaufend fest, radial aber frei ist.

Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen der Getriebenuss (425) und dem Ende (439) des biegsamen Elementes (440) aus einer fest mit dem Ende (439) des biegsamen Elementes (440) verbundenen und in einem radialen Langloch (476) in der Getriebenuss (425) geführten Achse (477) besteht.

Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (422) eine gerade Nut (481, 482) aufweist, die parallel zum geraden Nutabschnitt (479) der Führungsnut (400) verläuft und in der sich die fest mit dem Ende (439) des biegsamen Elementes (440) verbundene Achse (477) bewegt.

Verschlussgetriebe für Fenster, Türen od. dgl., mit einem Gehäuse (22, 122, 222, 322, 422) aus zwei Teilen (171, 172, 271, 272, 371, 372, 471, 472), die sich in einer Längsebene des Verschlussgetriebes (7, 107, 207, 307, 407) aneinanderfügen und gegenseitig abstützen, wobei im genannten Gehäuse (22, 122, 222, 322, 422) eine Getriebenuss (125, 225, 325, 425) gelagert ist, die von einem aussenliegenden Bedienungselement betätigt wird ; einer starr an der Vorderseite des Gehäuses (22, 122, 222, 322, 422) befestigten Stulpschiene (5, 105, 305, 405) die dazu bestimmt ist, eine Längsnut (4) in der Schmalseite (3) des Flügels (2) abzudecken ; zwei Verschlussstangen (123, 124, 223, 224, 323, 324, 423, 424) die etwa auf der Tangente zur Getriebenuss (125, 225, 325, 425), in einer Flucht angeordnet sind, und sich in der genannten Nut (4) bewegen ; beiderseits der Getriebenuss (125, 225, 325, 425) wirkenden Triebmitteln die die Mindestvierteldrehung der Getriebenuss (125, 225, 325, 425) in einen gleichzeitigen Verschub jeder der beiden Verschlussstangen (123, 124, 223, 224, 323, 324, 423, 424) mit gleichem Schubweg in entgegengesetzte Richtungen umwandeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Triebmittel zwischen der Getriebenuss (225) und den beiden Verschlussstangen (223, 224) aus zwei biegsamen Elementen (2401, 2402) bestehen, von denen jedes einerseits an der Getriebenuss (225) verankert und, andererseits, am nahe der Getriebenuss (225) gelegenen Ende der Stangen (223, 224) befestigt ist, wobei die biegsamen Elemente (2401, 2402) in Führungsnuten (2001, 2002) im Gehäuse (222) geführt werden, und die genannten Nuten (2001, 2002) welche einen kreisförmigen Abschnitt (252) um die Getriebenuss aufweisen in zwei entgegengesetzt gekrümmte Abschnitte (254, 255, 259, 260) übergehen und in zwei entgegengesetzt und parallel zu den Verschlussstangen (223, 224) verlaufenden geraden Abschnitten (2491, 2492) auslaufen, so dass die Gesamtausdehnung des Gehäuses (222) sein Einlassen in die Flügeldicke durch eine von der Innenseite (1) des Flügels (2) her einbohrbare Aussparung (8, 9, 10) ermöglicht.

Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsnuten (2001, 2002) für die beiden biegsamen Elemente (2401, 2402) aus einer Ringnut (252) bestehen, in die über jeweils eine Anschlusskrümmung zwei symmetrische Weichen (253, 254, 255, 256) . münden, deren Weichenspitzen (257, 258) einen Innenwinkel von etwa hundertzwanzig Grad bilden und in gerade Abschnitte (2491, 249z), übergehen, die sich parallel zu den Verschlussstangen (223, 224) erstrecken.

Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbmesser der gekrümmten Abschnitte (252 bis 256), welche die Führungsnuten (200i, 2002) bilden gleich sind, und die Summe der Winkel (263, 264) die die Nutabschnitte (252, 255, 260) begrenzen für ein biegsames Element (2402), der Summe der Winkel (265, 266, 267) gleich ist, die die Nutabschnitte (252, 254, 259) begrenzen für das andere biegsame Element (2401),

Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Getriebenuss (225) an ihrem Aussenumfang mindestens einen Schlitz (2621, 2622) aufweist, in den das gebogene Ende (2611, 2612) eines biegsamen Elementes (2401, 2402) seitlich einführbar ist zur Verbindung des biegsamen Elementes (240i, 2402) mit der Getriebenuss (225).
14. Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Verschlussstangen (224) ein Riegelglied (268) aufweist, das bei auf Mittelstellung gestellter Verschlussstange (224), der Achse der Getriebenuss (225) gegenüberstehend angeordnet ist.
15. Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (22, 122, 222, 322, 422) von zwei im Verhältnis zur mittleren Längsebene des Verschlussgetriebes (7, 107, 207, 307, 407) symmetrischen und/oder gleichen Hälften (171, 172, 271, 272, 371, 372, 471, 472) gebildet wird.
