Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Auffangen und Ableiten von beim Chargieren bzw. Abgiessen von metallurgischen Gefässen entstehenden Abgasen in einem Stahlwerk, wobei das zu chargierende bzw. abgegossene Gut mit einem mittels eines Kranes verfahrbaren Behälter in die bzw. aus der Betriebsstellung gebracht wird, mit einer Abzugshaube, die in der Betriebsstellung den Behälter und die Mündung des metallurgischen Gefässes überdeckt und an ein Abgasleitungssystem angeschlossen ist, wobei die Abzugshaube eine oder mehrere Abzugsöffnungen aufweist, die an vorbestimmten Stellen oberhalb der Arbeitsstände an das Abgasleitungssystem anschliessbar sind.The invention relates to a device for collecting and discharging exhaust gases generated during charging or pouring of metallurgical vessels in a steelworks, the goods to be charged or poured being brought into or out of the operating position with a container that can be moved by a crane a fume hood, which in the operating position covers the container and the mouth of the metallurgical vessel and is connected to an exhaust gas line system, the fume hood having one or more exhaust openings which can be connected to the exhaust gas line system at predetermined locations above the working positions.
Bei der Erzeugung von Stahl kommt es an verschiedenen Stellen des Stahlwerkes zu starker Rauchentwicklung, z.B. beim Umleeren von Roheisen aus einem Torpedomischer in Pfannen, beim Einfüllen von Roheisen in den Roheisenmischer und beim Beschicken von Pfannen aus dem Roheisenmischer. Weiters entsteht eine starke Rauchentwicklung bei den Chargiervorgängen von Schrott und Roheisen in den Konverter. Bei diesen Chargier-, Umleer- und Abgiessvorgängen hängen die das schmelzflüssige Gut enthaltenden Behälter mittels eines Krangehänges an einem Kran, und es ist schwierig, an den verschiedenen Stellen, an denen die Rauchtentwicklung stattfindet, unmittelbar wirksame Absaugeinrichtungen vorzusehen.When steel is produced, there is a lot of smoke at various points in the steelworks, e.g. when emptying pig iron from a torpedo mixer into pans, when pouring pig iron into the pig iron mixer and when loading pans from the pig iron mixer. Die Entstaubungsprobleme beim Chargieren und Abstechen metallurgischer Gefässe, insbesondere eines Roheisenmischers oder eines Elektroofens, sind nicht befriedigend gelöst. Bei der in letzter Zeit häufig angewandten Methode der Dachabsaugung werden oberhalb der rauchentwickelnden Aggregate, an den höchsten Stellen im Dach der Stahlwerkshalle Absaugeinrichtungen angeordnet. Durch diese wird aber nicht nur der Rauch, sondern auch die Hallenluft abgesaugt und die Filteranlage zusätzlich belastet. Da der Abstand zwischen einem rauchentwickelnden Aggregat und den Absaugeinrichtungen im Hallendach sehr gross ist, besteht auch die Gefahr, dass bei geringerem Auftrieb der Rauch- bzw. Staubteilchen diese vom Saugstrom nicht erfasst werden und wieder absinken. Deshalb müssen die Saugzuganlagen leistungsmässig sehr stark ausgelegt werden, was hohe Investitionskosten verursacht.The dust removal problems when charging and parting off metallurgical vessels, in particular a pig iron mixer or an electric furnace, have not been satisfactorily solved. Aus der DE-B-20 59 205 ist eine Einrichtung der eingangs beschriebenen Art bekannt, bei der die Abzugshaube an der Unterseite einer Traverse eines Hebemittels befestigt ist, so dass die Abzugshaube stets direkt über dem rauchentwikkelnden metallurgischen Gefäss und mit dem Hebemittel verfahrbar ist. Diese bekannte Abzugshaube ist gemeinsam mit der Traverse heb- und senkbar, was bei Verwendung der Traverse in stets gleicher Höhe zwar hinzunehmen sein mag, jedoch für den Stahlwerksbetrieb in der Praxis störend ist, da das Chargieren bzw. Abgiessen in stark unterschiedlichen Höhen vor sich geht. Man müsste daher eine Vielzahl von ortsfesten Absaugstutzen knapp nebeneinander in unterschiedlichen Höhen vorsehen, wodurch die Stahlwerkshalle beengt und unübersichtlich und die Bewegungsfreiheit des Hebemittels eingeschränkt wird. Weiters hat der Kranfahrer nicht die Möglichkeit, das Einhängen der Kranhaken in die entsprechenden Ösen des metallurgischen Gefässes zu beobachten. Ausserdem ist bei dieser bekannten Einrichtung die Schwierigkeit gegeben, dass die Abzugshaube wegen des beim Chargieren notwendigen Heranfahrens des Kranes zum metallurgischen Gefäss, z.B. Konverter, nur bis zu einer bestimmten Grösse ausgelegt werden kann; sie ist für die vollständige Erfassung des entstehenden Rauches zu klein, weshalb ein Teil der Abgase an der Abzugshaube vorbei entweicht.From DE-B-20 59 205 a device of the type described is known, in which the extractor hood is attached to the underside of a cross member of a lifting means, so that the extractor hood can always be moved directly over the metallurgical vessel which develops smoke and with the lifting means. Ein auf Stützen 1 gelagerter Brückenkran 2 ist längs einer Stahlwerkshalle auf Schienen 3 verfahrbar. Auf der Kranbrücke 4 ist die Kranlaufkatze 5 geführt, die erfindungsgemäss mit einer sie umgebenden Abzugshaube 6 eine verfahrbare Einheit bildet. Die Abzugshaube ist mit einer oder mehreren Abzugsöffnungen 7 versehen. Im Dach 8 der Halle sind an vorbestimmten Stellen, u. zw. oberhalb der rauchentwickelnden Arbeitsstände, Kaminstutzen 9 montiert, die gegebenenfalls mit Sammelleitungen 10 zu einer gemeinsamen Absaug- und Filteranlage führen. Die Kaminstutzen besitzen einen trichterförmig erweiterten Teil 11. Der Anschlussteil der Haube 6 ist mit einem in Laufrichtung der Kranlaufkatze verlängerten Flansch 12 ausgebildet, wie deutlicher in den Fig. 5, und 6a ersichtlich ist. Nach Einfahren der Abzugshaube in die Betriebsstellung sind Korrekturbewegungen in der Fahrtlängsrichtung möglich, während welcher infolge der länglichen Ausbildung des Flansches 12 die Dichtung erhalten bleibt. Fig. 6 entspricht der voll ausgezogenen Stellung der Fig. 5, in der in beiden Richtungen vor und zurück eine Korrektur vorgenommen werden kann. Fig. 6a entspricht der strichlierten Stellung der Fig. 5. Die Öffnungen der Kaminstutzen können mit Blenden, Klappen od. dgl. geöffnet und geschlossen werden, wobei für deren Betätigung Endschalter, Kulissensteuerungen oder ähnliche Vorrichtungen vorgesehen sein können.A
