Claims (4)

1. Verbund-Profil zur Herstellung von Bauelementen wie Türen und Fenstern, bestehend aus einem Metallkern (1), der mit einer Kunststoff-Aussenverkleidung mit Hilfe eines Bindemittels (4) verbunden ist, welches in den Freiraum zwischen der Aussenfiäche des Metallkerns (1) und der Innenfläche der Verkleidung (3) eingebracht wurde, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Metallkern (1) mit einem ersten mechani-' schen Festhalte-System (15) versehen ist,
die Aussenverkleidung (3) mit einem zweiten mechanischen Festhaite-System (16) versehen ist,
wobei das erste Festhalte-System des Metallkerns und das zweite der Aussenverkleidung (3) in Längsrichtung mechanisch ineinandergreifen,
das Bindemittel eine Erweichungstemperatur hat, die höher ist als die des Kunststoffes der Aussenverkleidung (3).
2. Profil gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das erste mechanische Festhalte-System (15) aus Rillen besteht, deren seitliche Flügel mit zahnförmigen Aussparungen in Längsrichtung versehen sind,
das zweite mechanische Festhalte-System (16) aus internen Rippen besteht, die mit Verzahnungen in Längsrichtung versehen sind,
wobei je eine Rippe in jede Rille zwischen die zwei seitlichen Flügel hineinpasst.
3. Verbund-Profil gemäss Anspruch 1 bzw. 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil mehrere getrennte Metallkerne besitzt.
4. Profil gemäss Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das verwendete Bindemittel zu der Gruppe der Epoxyharze mit Füllstoff, der dichten Polyurethan-Schaumstoffe, der mit Glaskügelchen gefüllten Polyesterharze und der Phenolharze gehört.
