Abstract

1. Diese Abschirmungen sollen nicht nur für eine Homogenisierung des elektrischen Feldes sorgen, sondern sie müssen darüberhinaus zur Vermeidung von Teilentladungen geeignet sein, da die Teilentladungs-Freiheit für Transformatoren unter gegebenen Voraussetzungen im allgemeinen gefordert wird. Die Möglichkeit, daß Teilentladungen am Stufenschalter auftreten können, ist besonders dann zu beachten, wenn der Stufenschalter relativ nahe an der Kesselwand des Transformators angeordnet wird und wenn somit die im Innern des Stufenschalters vorhandenen scharfkantigen Teile, die potentialführend sind, der Kesselwand sehr nahe kommen. In derartigen Fällen bieten die Abschirmungen einen guten Schutz gegen Teilentladungen. Eine Schwierigkeit liegt jedoch darin, daß relativ großflächige Körper - z.B. Lastumschalter mit Aussetzgetriebe - erforderlichenfalls in die Abschirmung miteinbezogen werden müssen. Der mit der Erfindung erzielbare Vorteil liegt insbesondere darin, daß eine großflächig wirkende Abschirmung erzielt wird, wobei der Abschirmkörper selbst mit einfachen Mitteln und auf einfache Weise herstellbar ist. Als Material für den Abschirmkörper kann z.B. handelsübliches Kupferrohr Verwendung finden, welches zunächst auf eine den Konturen des Stufenschalters angepaßte Schablone gewickelt wird und welches dann von der Schablone heruntergenommen und als Ganzes über den abzuschirmenden Teil des Stufenschalters geschoben wird. Als Träger der Spirale und zur Fixierung der einzelnen Windungen der Spirale können einfache mit mehreren Kerben versehene Holzlatten eingesetzt werden, die an den Flanschen des Stufenschalters leicht zu befestigen sind.The advantage that can be achieved with the invention is, in particular, that a large-area shielding is achieved, the shielding body itself being able to be produced with simple means and in a simple manner. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben: Wie aus der Figur ersichtlich, besteht der neue Stufenschalter im wesentlichen aus einem Stufenschalterkopf 1, einem zylindrischen Lastumschalter 2, einem Aussetzgetriebe 3 und einem Stufenwähler 4. Im oberen Bereich des zylindrischen Lastumschalters 2 ist ein erster Schirmring 5 angeordnet, der über seine Halterungen 16 elektrisch leitend mit dem Stufenschalterkopf 1 verbunden ist, der also am Erdpotential des Stufenschalterkopfes liegt. Unter Einhaltung eines Abstandes 6 für die Erdisolation ist darunter eine Abschirmspirale 7 angeordnet, die sowohl um den unteren Teil des Lastumschalters 2 wie auch um das Aussetzgetriebe 3 des Stufenwählers 4 herumgelegt ist. Die einzelnen Windungen der Abschirmspirale 7 sind in Kerben 8 mehrerer Holzlatten 9 eingelegt und somit fixiert. Die Holzlatten 9 sind auf im einzelnen nicht dargestellte Weise am unteren Flansch 10 des Lastumschalters 2 wie auch am oberen Käfigring 14 des Stufenwählers 4 befestigt. Das obere Ende 11 der Abschirmspirale 7 ist an der außen am Lastumschalter vorgesehenen Ringleitung 12, die entweder den Sternpunkt bildet oder der Lastableitung dient, angeschlossen. Das untere Ende 13 der Abschirmspirale 7 ist elektrisch leitend mit dem oberen Käfigring 14 des Stufenwählers und somit auch mit dem Aussetzgetriebe 3 verbunden. Sie stellt somit gleichzeitig die erforderliche Potentialverbindung zwischen diesen Teilen her. Soweit eine Stromführung über die Abschirmspirale, die induktiv auftreten könnte, vermieden werden muß, genügt es, wenn nur ein Ende, z.B. 11, der Abschirmspirale 7 angeschlossen wird. Die darüberhinaus erforderliche Potentialverbindung zwischen der Ringleitung 12 und dem Aussetzgetriebe 3 bzw. dem oberen Käfigring 14 wie auch dem unteren Käfigring 15 des Stufenwählers 4 kann dann auf herkömmliche Weise vorgenommen werden.An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail below: As can be seen from the figure, the new tap changer consists essentially of a tap changer head 1, a cylindrical diverter switch 2, a dropout gear 3 and a tap selector 4.
