Abstract

Un proceso hidrometalúrgico para la recuperación de valores de metal precioso a partir de un material de mena de metal precioso refractario que comprende:a) proporcionar un montón estático de partículas y/o materiales en partículas que comrprende un material de mena que tiene valores de metal precioso y un contenido de carbono de despojamiento por impregnación, teniendo el montón un pH de por lo menos aproximadamente 9; b) Hacer pasar una solución lixiviante de tiosulfato a través del montón estático de partículas y/o materiales en partículas; c) Recuperar la solución lixiviante de tiosulfato impregnada con los valores de metal precioso extraído después de haber pasado a través del montón estático, d) Reciclar la solución lixiviante de tiosulfato recuperado hacia el paso b); y e) Recuperar por lo menos periódicamente los valores de metal precioso a partir de la solución lixiviante de tiosulfato.
