Abstract

Esta máquina hidráulica (1) comprende un impulsor (2) que es capaz de girar con respecto a una estructura fija (9) y sobre un eje de rotación fijo (X2), un flujo forzado (E) de agua que está destinada a fluir a través de este impulsor (2).
