Abstract
Настоящее изобретение касается модифицированных ферментов - стерол-ацилтрансфераз с улучшенной активностью и/или специфичностью в отношении ацилирования предшественника витамина D3, 7-дегидрохолестерина (7-DHC) для применения при биотехнологическом производстве витамина D3.
