Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к вакуумному изоляционному стеклопакету (VIG) (1), содержащему плоскую зону и содержащему первую стеклянную панель (1a) и вторую стеклянную панель (1b), k отдельных распорок (Pi), распределенных по плоской зоне, расположенных между первой и второй стеклянными панелями и поддерживающих расстояние между первой и второй стеклянными панелями, где kN, и k>8, и периферийное скрепляющее уплотнение (4), герметично уплотняющее расстояние между первой и второй стеклянными панелями, определяя внутренний объем V, заключенный между первой и второй стеклянными панелями и ограниченный внутренним периметром периферийного скрепляющего уплотнения, определяющим плоскую зону, причем внутренний периметр имеет по существу прямоугольную геометрическую форму, проходящую по длине L вдоль продольной оси X1 и по ширине W вдоль поперечной оси X2, перпендикулярной продольной оси X1, причем LW, при этом внутренний объем находится под вакуумом. Вместо компонования в соответствии с регулярной решеткой отдельные распорки компонуются в соответствии с линиями поля напряжений комбинации вызываемых атмосферным давлением напряжений p, приложенных за счет атмосферного давления к поверхности вакуумного изоляционного остекления, и тепловых напряжений t, возникающих в результате разности температур между внешней и внутренней средами. Такое новое распределение отдельных распорок придает VIG высокую механическую стойкость, благодаря их концентрациям в стратегических областях, с низкой теплопроводностью вследствие меньшего количества используемых отдельных распорок.
