Abstract

Описан способ производства сульфата калия с использованием источников сульфата натрия и хлорида калия. Способ включает процесс кристаллизации с образованием маточного раствора, содержащего сульфат, натрий и хлорид. Маточный раствор направляют в модуль изоляции анионов, где получают задержанный поток, или ретентат, обогащенный сульфатом, который рециркулируют и используют для производства сульфата калия. Кроме того, в модуле изоляции анионов образуется пермеат, обедненный сульфатом, но содержащий натрий и хлорид, его направляют в кристаллизатор хлорида натрия для производства хлорида натрия.
