Abstract

Sodyum karbonat taşıyan akıştan (A) sodyum bikarbonat üretmek için işlem olup, akış (A) ağırlıkça en az %2 sodyum klorür ve/veya sodyum sülfat içerir: a) akış (A)'nın akış(B)'nin bir bölümüyle karıştırılmasıyla akış (C)'nin üretilmesi, b) akışın (C) CO2 içeren gazla (D) bikarbonatlanmasıyla kristaller (F) içeren süspansiyonun (E) üretilmesi, c) sodyum bikarbonat kristalleri içeren kristaller (F) ve sulu ana sıvı (G) oluşturmak için (E)'nin ayrıştırılması, d) (G)'nin kısmen bikarbonattan arındırılması ve suyun bir kısmının uzaklaştırılmasıyla akış (B) ve gazın (H) oluşturulması, e) akış (B)'nin bir kısmının aşama a)'ya gönderilmesi, f) akışın (B) veya (G)'nin kalanının ilaveten işlenmek üzere uzaklaştırılmasını içerir.
