Abstract
Теплоизолированный зуб стекловаренной печи, включающий базовый зуб (20); теплоизолирующий слой (40), имеющий теплопроводность ниже 2,0 Втм-1K-1 при 20-500°C, имеющий достаточную жесткость, чтобы быть самонесущим, и покрывающий теплоизолированную поверхность базового зуба, где указанная теплоизолированная поверхность включена в нижнюю поверхность 203 указанного базового зуба, которая продолжается в нижнюю переходную поверхность 2014-12, и составляет более 20% нижней переходной поверхности 2014-12, указанный теплоизолированный слой имеет химический состав в массовых процентах относительно оксидов, при котором суммарное содержание Al2O3, SiO2, ZrO2, CaO, Na2O, MgO, K2O, TiO2, Fe2O3, HfO2, P2O5 и Y2O3 больше 80%.
