Abstract

Изобретение относится к устройству дробления корнеплодов на куски, по большей части одинакового размера, включающему несущую раму, имеющую входную сторону и выходную сторону; подачу корнеплодов на входной стороне; по меньшей мере один дробильный вал, опирающийся с возможностью вращения на несущую раму, при этом дробильный вал снабжен множеством изогнутых крючков, которые изогнуты в направлении вращения дробильного вала; и невращающуюся режущую гребенку, имеющую множество выемок и выступов и образующую контрнож для крючков, при этом крючки установлены с возможностью чередования движений с упомянутыми выемками невращающейся гребенки. Кроме того, данное изобретение касается системы и соответствующего способа.
