Abstract

Способ прямого получения метилацетата и/или уксусной кислоты из синтез-газа, где реакционный процесс осуществляют по меньшей мере в двух реакционных зонах, причем способ включает введение исходного материала, содержащего синтез-газ, в первую реакционную зону для вступления в контакт и реакции с катализатором на основе металла; обеспечение поступления получаемого выходящего потока во вторую реакционную зону, непосредственно или после добавления монооксида углерода, таким образом, что он вступает в контакт и реагирует с твердым кислотным катализатором; разделение получаемого выходящего потока с получением продукта, представляющего собой ацетат и/или уксусную кислоту, и необязательное возвращение остаточной части, которая поступает в первую реакционную зону и/или вторую реакционную зону для повторного использования в реакции. В настоящей заявке предложен новый способ прямого превращения синтез-газа в метилацетат и/или уксусную кислоту, причем способ отличается простой технологической процедурой и высокой селективностью в отношении продукта. Согласно способу селективность в отношении продукта, представляющего собой метилацетат или уксусную кислоту, составляет более чем 93%, причем количество метилацетата и уксусной кислоты можно регулировать в течение процесса, и, таким образом, способ имеет огромные перспективы промышленного применения.
