Abstract

В изобретении раскрыт способ прямого получения этанола из синтез-газа, причем реакционный процесс осуществляют в трех реакционных зонах, и способ включает введение исходного материала, содержащего синтез-газ и диметиловый эфир, в первую реакционную зону для вступления в контакт с твердым кислотным катализатором и реакции; обеспечение поступления выходящего потока из первой реакционной зоны во вторую реакционную зону для вступления в контакт с катализатором на основе металла и реакции; разделение выходящего потока из второй реакционной зоны с получением продукта, представляющего собой этанол, и побочного продукта, представляющего собой метанол; обеспечение поступления побочного продукта, представляющего собой метанол, в третью реакционную зону для осуществления реакции дегидратации с получением диметилового эфира и обеспечение поступления получаемого диметилового эфира в первую реакционную зону для повторного использования в реакции. Настоящее изобретение предлагает новый способ прямого превращения синтез-газа в этанол. Способом согласно настоящему изобретению можно непосредственно получать продукт, представляющий собой этанол, с применением синтез-газа, представляющего собой исходный материал. При этом способ согласно настоящему изобретению отличается простой технологической процедурой, низким энергопотреблением, низкими производственными расходами и высокой селективностью в отношении продукта и имеет огромные перспективы промышленного применения.
