Abstract
Изобретение касается устройства управления для настройки цилиндра, в частности активного шпулярника машины для текстильной переработки или шнурмашины, содержащего вход сжатого воздуха для обеспечения подачи сжатого воздуха, выход рабочего воздуха для эксплуатации, по меньшей мере, цилиндра с односторонним действием, расположенный между входом сжатого воздуха и выходом рабочего воздуха клапанный блок, а также элемент управления для открытия клапанного блока для активации возвратно-поступательного движения цилиндра. Для получения устройства управления для пневматической настройки активного шпулярника, причем шпулярник имеет особенно простое управление с помощью устройства управления, таким образом оператор может просто, быстро и безопасно использовать шпулярник, и, кроме того, шпулярник защищен от повреждения при неправильной эксплуатации, также предусмотрено, что устройство управления выполнено таким образом, что достигается функция клапана с самоудерживанием, при которой только при однократном и/или кратковременном движении элемента управления полностью выполняется возвратно-поступательное движение цилиндра, и что устройство управления соединено с датчиком конечного положения цилиндра таким образом, что при активации датчика конечного положения клапанный блок закрывается, и/или присоединенный к выходу рабочего воздуха цилиндр при достижении или после достижения конечного положения автоматически сбрасывает давление.
