Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения пучка половолоконных мембран из множества половолоконных мембран на основе полисульфона и PVP, способ включает подготовку прядильного раствора, содержащего материал на основе полисульфона, в частности полисульфон, полимер на основе винилпирролидона, в частности поливинилпирролидон, апротонный растворитель, в частности диметилацетамид; подготовку раствора коагулянта, содержащего воду и апротонный растворитель, в частности диметилацетамид; соэкструдирование прядильного раствора и раствора коагулянта через концентрическую кольцевую фильеру с получение полой элементарной нити, причем просвет элементарной нити заполнен раствором коагулянта; проведение элементарной нити через осадительный зазор; введение элементарной нити в осадительную ванну, содержащую в основном воду, чтобы получить половолоконную мембрану; проведение половолоконных мембран через по меньшей мере одну промывочную ванну и сушка полученных половолоконных мембран; расположение полученных половолоконных мембран в пучок половолоконных мембран и обработку пучка половолоконных мембран водяным паром.
