Abstract

Раскрыты способы и системы эффективного и точного контроля трубных изделий. Получают измерения внутреннего и наружного диаметров трубного изделия по всей длине с использованием лазерных или других световых измерительных систем. Определяют дискретные участки трубного изделия. Для каждого участка получают по меньшей мере одно измерение наружного диаметра внешней поверхности дискретного участка и по меньшей мере одно измерение внутреннего диаметра внутренней поверхности дискретного участка. В дополнение, получают координаты геометрического центра каждого дискретного участка трубного изделия. Фиксируют измерения, определяющие внешнюю поверхность, внутреннюю поверхность и геометрический центр, в соответствии с продольным положением каждого дискретного участка.
