Abstract
Изобретение относится к области оптического приборостроения и предназначено для использования при проведении анализов в заводских лабораториях и в научно-исследовательских целях для аналитических исследований спектральных характеристик различных материалов. Техническим результатом является повышение качества и точности угловых измерений и измерений сложных призм. Спектрофотомер содержит корпус (1), измерительный отсек (2) и источник монохроматического излучения (3), где установлен источник излучения (4), монохроматор (5), узел поляризаторов (6), зеркальный элемент (7), измерительный канал с узлом (8) фотоприемников (12) с объективом (13), опорный канал с узлом (9) фотоприемников (14) с объективом (15); поворотный предметный столик (10) с полой осью (16) вращения и образцами (11); устройства перемещения узла (8) измерительного канала фотоприемников (12) с вертикальной осью (17) вращения. Поворотный предметный столик (10) спектрофотометра выполнен с возможностью обеспечения тройной экспозиции образцов (11) при проведении измерений.
