Abstract
Изобретение относится к строительству, а именно промышленному и гражданскому строительству, при котором уменьшается строительная высота помещений, материалоемкость конструкции и в целом всего здания, снижается трудоемкость опалубочных работ. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что перекрытия из монолитного железобетона с комбинированным (стальным и базальт-пластиковым) армированием основаны на совместной работе плиты-балки с колонной, представляющей жесткий узел рамного каркаса. Сплошная плита междуэтажного перекрытия и покрытия с базальт-пластиковым армированием разделена на плиту-балку, которая по осям колонн выполняет роль балок, и среднюю плиту. Жесткое соединение плиты с колонной образует рамную конструкцию, в которой все элементы перекрытия монолитно связаны между собой. Плита-балка армируется комбинированным армокаркасом, который состоит из верхней комбинированной рабочей арматуры - две стержневые стальные и две базальт-пластиковые арматуры, которые при помощи поперечной арматуры и вязальных проволок объединяются в пространственный армокаркас. Опорный столик стыка плиты имеет только стальную арматуру, которая приваривается к нему, а композитная арматура вставляется при создании армокаркаса.The invention relates to construction, namely industrial and civil construction, in which the building height of the premises is reduced, the material consumption of the structure and the whole building as a whole, the labor intensity of the formwork is reduced. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that slabs made of monolithic reinforced concrete with combined (steel and basalt-plastic) reinforcement are based on the joint work of a slab-beam with a column representing a rigid node of the frame frame. A solid slab of interfloor flooring and coverings with basalt-plastic reinforcement is divided into a slab-beam, which acts as beams along the axes of the columns, and a middle slab. The rigid connection of the slab with the column forms a frame structure, in which all the elements of the floor are monolithically interconnected. The slab-beam is reinforced with a combined reinforcement cage, which consists of an upper combined working reinforcement - two steel bar and two basalt-plastic reinforcement, which are combined into a spatial reinforcement cage with the help of transverse reinforcement and tying wires. The support table of the slab joint has only steel reinforcement, which is welded to it, and the composite reinforcement is inserted when the reinforcement cage is created.
