Сущность изобретение заключается в том, что в плите скрыта балка высотой, равной высоте плиты, и шириной (условной), равной ширине сечения колонны, и армированная с рабочей арматурой сечением, равным половине сечения рабочей арматуры плиты-балки, плита-балка, выполняет роль рамной конструкции, которая обеспечивает пространственную жесткость конструкции и имеет прямоугольное сечение шириной, равной одной четвертой части пролета с каждой стороны оси колонн, и высотой, равной высоте сечению плиты, площадь рабочей арматуры плиты-балки делится на две равные части, которые размещаются виде рабочей арматуры скрытой балки и армосеток плиты, соединение плиты-балки с колонной осуществляется при помощи опорного столика с воротником заводского изготовления, которая приваривается к рабочей арматуры колонны.
