Изобретение относится к способу получения карбоксилированных латексов, включающему взаимодействие 20-40 мас.ч. сопряженного диена, 50-70 мас.ч. мономера виниларилового ряда, 0,5-5 мас.ч. сшивающего карбоксилирующего сомономера в присутствии воды, эмульгаторов, регулятора молекулярной массы и окислительно-восстановительной инициирующей системы, отличающемуся тем, что применяемый сшивающий карбоксилирующий сомономер имеет как минимум три ненасыщенные связи, причем указанные ненасыщенные связи не являются кумулированными, т.е. каждая ненасыщенная связь в цепи отделена от другой ненасыщенной связи как минимум одной насыщенной связью. Полученные карбоксилированные латексы применяют в производстве напольных и ковровых покрытий, а именно для аппретирования ворса в основе нетканого полотна и склеивания данного полотна с подложкой. Технический результат - получение карбоксилированных латексов, отличающихся повышенной механической прочностью пленок и высокими адгезионными свойствами. Композиции на основе данного латекса обеспечивают высокую прочность закрепления пучков ворса в основе нетканого полотна и повышенную устойчивость к расслоению подложки и несущего ворсового слоя ковровых и напольных покрытий.The invention relates to a method for producing carboxylated latexes, including the interaction of 20-40 parts by weight conjugated diene, 50-70 parts by weight vinylaryl monomer series, 0.5-5 parts by weight a crosslinking carboxylation comonomer in the presence of water, emulsifiers, a molecular weight regulator and a redox initiating system, characterized in that the crosslinking carboxylation comonomer used has at least three unsaturated bonds, said unsaturated bonds being not cumulated, i.e. each unsaturated bond in the chain is separated from the other unsaturated bond by at least one saturated bond. The resulting carboxylated latexes are used in the manufacture of floor and carpet coverings, namely, for sizing the pile in the basis of a nonwoven fabric and for gluing this fabric with a substrate. EFFECT: obtaining carboxylated latexes characterized by high mechanical strength of films and high adhesive properties. Compositions based on this latex provide high strength of fixing the tufts of pile in the basis of the nonwoven fabric and increased resistance to delamination of the substrate and the bearing pile layer of carpet and floor coverings.
