Abstract
Устройство для непрерывного позиционирования каждой лопасти гидравлических турбин свободного потока по вертикальной оси с мгновенным установлением всегда оптимального углового положения для любых разных скоростей течения. Устройство образуют два компланарных плавающих диска, соединенных с системой рычагов, управляемой тремя отдельными шаговыми электродвигателями. При изменении скорости течения воды лопасти проходят специальные пути вдоль орбитального пути вращающегося барабана. Лопасти расположены на равноудаленном расстоянии на краю вращающегося барабана, при этом шаговые электродвигатели прикреплены к внешней раме гидравлической турбины.
