Abstract
Для наматывания комплексной нити (4), прежде всего стеклонити, на гильзе (9.1, 9.2) паковки, которая расположена на веретене (8.1, 8.2) мотальной головки, предлагается способ, в котором комплексную нить (4) подают к гильзе (9.1, 9.2) паковки, которую вращают посредством приводимого в движение веретена (8.1, 8.2) мотальной головки. Во время начала наматывания и/или намотки паковки (15), ширина (B) намотки которой в осевом направлении меньше, чем длина гильзы (9.1, 9.2) паковки, осуществляют возвратно-поступательное перемещение по меньшей мере одной рогульки (13.1, 13.2) ровничной машины на приводимой в движение вращательным образом оси (11) ровничной машины. В предварительно заданном положении стеклонити (4) на невращающейся рогульке (13.1, 13.2) ровничной машины возвратно-поступательное перемещение прекращают. Осуществляют осевое относительное перемещение между осью (11) ровничной машины и веретеном (8.1, 8.2) мотальной головки и наматывают комплексную нить (4) на гильзе (9.1, 9.2) паковки возле ширины (B) намотки паковки (15) в резерв (16) нити.
