Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к стеклянной подложке для химического упрочнения, где сторона обработана путем ионной имплантации с тем, чтобы снизить степень ионного обмена при химическом упрочнении. Другие варианты осуществления относятся к способу получения химически упрочненной стеклянной подложки с контролируемой кривизной, предусматривающему обеспечение подложки, имеющей первую и вторую противоположные стороны, где подложка присутствует в поверхностном слое по меньшей мере части первой стороны первого профиля ионной имплантации, который обеспечивает снижение степени ионного обмена при химическом упрочнении, и химическое упрочнение стеклянной подложки, обработанной путем ионной имплантации. Параметры ионной имплантации выбраны таким образом, что контролируемую кривизну получают при химическом упрочнении.
