Abstract
Изобретение относится к рекомбинантным белкам, содержащим полипептиды сериновых протеаз, обладающие активностью сериновой протеазы в присутствии ингибитора сериновой протеазы и способные к полному или частичному купированию эффекта ингибитора сериновой протеазы, например, в организме субъекта, получавшего лечение ингибитором сериновой протеазы. Конкретнее, в настоящем документе описаны рекомбинантные белки и способы полного или частичного купирования антикоагулянтного эффекта ингибитора свертывания.
