Abstract
Устройство относится к производству железобетонных изделий, в частности монолитных объемных блоков типа стакан. Направлено на повышение производительности установки, это достигается за счет того, что устройство состоит из следующих элементов: рама (1), сердечник (2), пара продольных щитов (3), торцевой щит (4), балконный щит (5), замочная система (6), гидравлические домкраты подъема-опускания сердечника (7), гидравлические домкраты щитов (8), каретки (9), вибраторы (10), гидравлические домкраты замочной системы (11), юбка (основание изделия) (12), рельсовый путь (13). Рама (1) имеет ровную площадку, на которой через гидравлические домкраты (7) закреплен сердечник (2). На этой же раме (1) болтовыми соединениями закреплена юбка (12), которая является основанием будущей блок-комнаты. Щит балкона (5), щит торцевой (4) и два щита продольных (3) оснащены вибраторами (10), а также имеют паровые рубахи, находящиеся внутри полости каждого щита (3, 4, 5) и сердечника (2), которые обеспечивают прогрев и набор прочности изделия до 75% за 6 ч. При помощи гидравлических домкратов (8) по рельсовому пути (13) щит балкона (5), щит торцевой (4) и два щита продольных (3) отодвигаются от сердечника (2). Пара продольных щитов (3) оснащена замочной системой (6), которая работает при помощи гидравлических домкратов (11). Замочная система (6) обеспечивает фиксации скрепления торцевого щита (4) с продольными щитами (3).The device relates to the production of reinforced concrete products, in particular monolithic volumetric blocks of the glass type. It is aimed at increasing the productivity of the installation, this is achieved due to the fact that the device consists of the following elements: frame (1), core (2), a pair of longitudinal shields (3), end shield (4), balcony shield (5), lock system (6), hydraulic jacks for lifting and lowering the core (7), hydraulic jacks for shields (8), carriages (9), vibrators (10), hydraulic jacks for the locking system (11), skirt (base of the product) (12), rail track (13). The frame (1) has a flat platform on which a core (2) is fixed through hydraulic jacks (7). A skirt (12), which is the basis of the future block room, is bolted to the same frame (1). The balcony shield (5), the end shield (4) and two longitudinal shields (3) are equipped with vibrators (10), and also have steam shirts located inside the cavity of each shield (3, 4, 5) and the core (2), which provide warming up and product strength gain up to 75% in 6 hours. Using hydraulic jacks (8) along the rail track (13), the balcony shield (5), end shield (4) and two longitudinal shields (3) are moved away from the core (2). A pair of longitudinal panels (3) is equipped with a locking system (6), which works with hydraulic jacks (11). The locking system (6) provides for fixing the fastening of the end shield (4) with the longitudinal shields (3).
