Изобретение относится к устройству для получения холодной плазмы при атмосферном давлении для обработки поверхностей тела человека и/или животных, содержащему гибкую плоскую многослойную систему со стороной, обращенной к поверхности, подлежащей обработке, и со стороной, обращенной от поверхности, подлежащей обработке, причем многослойная система содержит следующие слои, а именно первый электродный слой на стороне, обращенной от поверхности, подлежащей обработке, многослойной системы, второй электродный слой на стороне, обращенной к поверхности, подлежащей обработке, многослойной системы, причем электродный слой имеет множество углублений или выполнен как решетка или извивание, диэлектрический слой, расположенный между первым электродным слоем и вторым электродным слоем, и разделительный слой, расположенный примыкающим ко второму электродному слою на стороне, обращенной к поверхности, подлежащей обработке, многослойной системы. Кроме того, изобретение относится к кабелю, генераторному блоку для генерирования высокого напряжения и к системе.
