Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к непрерывному способу получения сверхвысокомолекулярного полиэтилена с напряжением при растяжении по меньшей мере 0,43 Н/мм. Полимеризация этилена происходит в присутствии катализатора и водорода. Преимущество способа согласно изобретению заключается в том, что использование небольших количеств водорода в процессе получения СВМПЭ снижает обрастание реактора. Кроме того, способ в соответствии с изобретением приводит к более продолжительному периоду непрерывной работы реакторов полимеризации, уменьшению количества циклов очистки для устранения обрастания реактора и уменьшению необходимости в других препятствующих обрастанию веществах или антистатических веществах.
