Abstract
Целями изобретения являются уменьшение тягового сопротивления посевного модуля и затрат на его обслуживание, повышение качества и снижение энергетических затрат на резание растительных остатков при сохранении устройством способности создавать оптимальные условия для всхожести семян при посеве по традиционной и минимальной обработках почвы, а также при прямом посеве. Устройство состоит из параллелограммной подвески и установленных на ней дискового рыхлящего ножа, анкерного сошника с лобовой поверхностью в виде двухгранного клина и семяпроводом и регулятора глубины. Нож закреплён с возможностью передвижения на вертикальной подвижной стойке параллелограммной подвески, а сошник размещён за ножом и соединён с ним посредством траверсы. Роль регулятора глубины выполняют дугообразная лыжа с накладкой, имеющая в зоне действия наральника сошника сужение, а в накладке продольные направлению сева пазы, вариант - контрножи или катки в виде усечённого конуса, V-образно установленные фронтально и касательно к ножу, при этом проекции оси катков и оси ножа на почву совпадают.The objectives of the invention are to reduce the traction resistance of the sowing module and the cost of its maintenance, improve the quality and reduce energy costs for cutting plant residues while maintaining the ability of the device to create optimal conditions for seed germination when sowing with traditional and minimal tillage, as well as with direct sowing. The role of the depth regulator is performed by an arched ski with a cover, which has a narrowing in the area of action of the opener of the coulter, and grooves in the cover that are longitudinal to the direction of sowing, the option is counter-knives or rollers in the form of a truncated cone, V-shaped installed frontally and tangentially to the knife, while the projection of the rollers axis and the axis of the knife on the soil match.
