Abstract

Целями изобретения являются достижение оптимальных условий для всхожести семян, их равномерного распределения вдоль рядка, снижение тягового сопротивления, упрощение конструкции посевной секции, уменьшение эксплуатационных затрат при выполнении прямого посева. Устройство состоит из высевающего аппарата, посевной секции, связанной посредством параллелограммной подвески с рамой сеялки. На раме сеялки перед посевной секцией установлен дисковый резак с регулятором глубины. Рамка посевной секции опирается посредством оси и рычагов на два регулирующих глубину сева катка. На рамке посевной секции размещен долотовидный сошник, выполняющий одновременно роль семяпровода. Катки выполнены в виде усеченного конуса, размещены фронтально и касательно по отношению к сошнику. Диски катков имеют диаметр больше, чем диаметр образующей конуса на величину, достаточную для фиксации на поверхности почвы растительных остатков, измельченных дисковым резаком. На сошнике закреплены два лезвия из твердосплавного материала, таким образом, что составляют двухгранный угол лобовой поверхности сошника. Между лезвиями может быть установлен вертикальный нож. The rollers are made in the form of a truncated cone, located frontally and tangentially with respect to the opener. The discs of the rollers have a diameter larger than the diameter of the generatrix of the cone by an amount sufficient to fix plant residues on the soil surface, crushed by a disc cutter. On the coulter, two blades made of carbide material are fixed, in such a way that they form a dihedral angle of the frontal surface of the coulter. A vertical knife can be installed between the blades. To prevent soil shedding to the bottom of the furrow before sowing seeds, cheeks are mounted on the opener.
