Изобретение относится к машиностроению, в частности к технике для компримирования воздуха или газов. Технический результат предлагаемого решения заключается в улучшении эксплуатационных характеристик, уменьшении массогабаритных показателей, повышении производительности и упрощении монтажа компрессора на оппозитной базе. Оппозитный поршневой компрессор включает в себя станину, в которой размещен кривошипно-шатунный механизм, состоящий из коленчатого вала, выполненного с возможностью соединения с электродвигателем, насаженных на него коренных подшипников и шатуна, верхняя головка которого закреплена в крейцкопфе, расположенном в направляющей, а кривошипная головка прикреплена к шатунной шейке коленчатого вала, и выполненный с возможностью преобразования вращательного движения коленчатого вала в возвратно-поступательное движение крейцкопфа в направляющей, и связанного с ним штока с поршнем в цилиндре, соединенном с направляющей крейцкопфа. Коренные подшипники представляют собой роликовые цилиндрические подшипники качения. На одном конце коленчатого вала в станине компрессора со стороны корпуса фильтров установлен фиксатор, исключающий произвольное осевое перемещение коленчатого вала, но сохраняющий возможность теплового расширения коленчатого вала в осевом направлении без потери несущей способности коренных подшипников. Направляющая крейцкопфа ориентирована горизонтально и перпендикулярно по отношению к оси станины, выполнена съемной и содержит боковые окна, закрытые крышками, и фланцы на торцах, посредством которых направляющая крепится к станине одним торцом и к цилиндру противоположным торцом и зафиксирована посредством шпилек.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to a technique for compressing air or gases. The technical result of the proposed solution is to improve performance, reduce weight and size indicators, increase productivity and simplify installation of the compressor on an opposite base. The opposed reciprocating compressor includes a frame in which a crank-connecting rod mechanism is placed, consisting of a crankshaft configured to connect with an electric motor, main bearings mounted on it and a connecting rod, the upper head of which is fixed in the crosshead located in the guide, and the crank head attached to the crank pin of the crankshaft, and configured to convert the crankshaft rotational motion into reciprocating crosshead in the direction yayuschey, and associated with the piston rod in the cylinder is connected to the crosshead guide. Main bearings are roller cylindrical rolling bearings. At one end of the crankshaft in the frame of the compressor from the side of the filter housing there is a latch that prevents arbitrary axial movement of the crankshaft, but retains the possibility of thermal expansion of the crankshaft in the axial direction without loss of bearing capacity of the main bearings. The crosshead guide is oriented horizontally and perpendicular to the bed axis, is made removable and contains side windows closed with lids, and flanges on the ends, by means of which the guide is attached to the bed with one end and to the cylinder with the opposite end and fixed with hairpins.
