Тиено[2,3-b]пиридины с общей формулой (I), в которой R- это Me, CH, 3,4,5-(ОМе)СН, NH; R- это Н, CN, СОМе, СООСалкил, СООСНОМе, COOCHOPr (п); R- это CHR, 3,4-ОСНО-СН; 2-фуранил; R- это 4-Cl, 4-NO, 4-N(Cалкил) 2,3-(Cалкокси), 4-(Cалкокси), 3,4-(Cалкокси), 3,4,5-(Cалкокси); R- это NH, NHCOMe; R- это CN, СОМе, COCHR; СО-(2-нафтил); R- это Н, 4-F, 4-Cl, 3-ОМе, 4-ОМе, 2,4-(ОМе), 3,4,5-(ОМе), как модуляторы состояния множественной лекарственной устойчивости для повышения эффективности химиотерапии при лечении рака.
