Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу нового типа, которым изготавливают формованную деталь и который при одновременной безопасности для окружающей среды является простым для осуществления. Кроме того, изобретением предложена формованная деталь нового типа. Предложен способ изготовления формованной детали, в частности пластинчатой формованной детали, из композиционного материала, при котором на первом этапе изготавливают композиционный материал, посредством того, что металлические стружки и жидкое стекло в качестве исходных компонентов перемешивают друг с другом в заданной пропорции смешивания, на втором этапе композиционный материал вводят в пресс-форму и на третьем этапе подвергают прессованию. Также предложена формованная деталь, в частности пластинчатая формованная деталь, изготовленная из композиционного материала посредством прессования, при этом композиционный материал в качестве исходных компонентов содержит металлические стружки и жидкое стекло.
